I'm good with Eisenberg. I wonder how much of the bias against him is created by the existing feature film material. I'm not a student of Superman but I've always understood Lex to be Clark's age, while Gene Hackman and Kevin Spacey were both a generation older than the person who played Supes in the previous films. How much of the insta-bad-reaction a lot of fans had goes back to that? Oh, and the fact that Eisenberg isn't already bald. This is a modern movie, and you really don't see the kind of cartoony "BUSINESSMAN" type anymore - the people who are captains of industry aren't necessarily handsome or broad shouldered. I think his... gawkyness (for lack of a better word) portrays better the modern "BUSINESSMAN" better. I fear most people only know Eisenberg for Zombieland. He's downright terrifying at times in The Social Network - he has this ability to pull off a "You really don't want to eff with me" smolder that I think will work the part well. I hear Now You See Me is also something people want to watch with him playing Lex in mind. THIS. JUST ALL OF THIS. Let's face it - modern day Lex Luthor would be more of a Zuckerburg type. A good chuck of those tech startup guys are practically sociopaths anyway if the way they treat other people is any indication. It's 2014 - why not make Lex a younger tech-y guy? We've seen Lex as a stiff older business man. The older guy in the monkey suit seems out of touch with the current business trend.

There's a rumor floating around that the rock is playing john Stewart. Take that as you may.... I would love the rock to play John Stewart, but he might be the first actor to have to lose muscle for a superhero role!!!!

This film has done one thing. It keeps me scratching my head. I understand the "Ledger" effect of Eisenberg. You know, don't judge early. But why am I having to say that about every character who is cast? What Is next: Ed Norton as Biazarro?

In fairness I think cyborg won't be Cyborg yet but rather just a minor role as Victor Stone as a lead up to the upcoming Justice league movie.

I predict Cyborg will be the main protagonist of the movie.

I predict Cyborg will be the main protagonist of the movie. Do you mean antagonist?

Just saw the first pic of Afleck's Batman along with the Batmobile, and i must say that i like the look. It looks like they're going for the Dark Knight Returns costume with the small ears and the big symbol, which i think is a great choice.

I am not a fan of the character look so far. I am willing to have my mind changed, but I am not holding out much hope.

The new costume looks pretty good, clearly going for the Frank Miller bats so I can't complain. I don't know if it's the suit or Affleck but wow is he ripped!

This is the first time they've based a batsuit off of a specific comic run. The small bat ears and that emblem most definitively is the dark knight returns suit. The muscles do need to be addressed. The chest is obviously padded but it's harder to tell with his arms. It looks possible those could be his actual biceps. Wow, I never thought I would be so fascinated and invested in whether or not a dude is padding his muscles and how his physique looks in a suit, but here we are.

There is no way those arms are all Afleck. While I know Alfleck has been getting huge for the role, those arms would be ridiculous.

The bat suit looks fantastic. I am so happy that it looks like a comic suit I not like body armour. Affleck looks ripped go for him. Can't friggen wait for this movie.
