Hickman is one of those writers that i love for some of his work(most of Fantastic Four and FF, East of West) but i can't get into some of his other work(Manhattan Projects, Avengers, New Avengers). What i like about his writing is that its epic most of the time and really builds something but what i don't like is that it gets complicated real fast.
I have the same thing with Grant Morrison's writing.

Great games, every new game is crazier than the last one. 3 was my favorite but 4 is great too with some awesome superhero gameplay. Like the GTA games a little bit more though.

I like Kevin Smith, don't like reality shows.Tried a few episodes but its not for me. But read his work on Daredevil(Guardian Devil) which i thought was good and listen to his podcasts which most of the time are really entertaining(listening to the latest Fatman on Batman right now).

Mmm there's so much. But for the NES its the big ones like all the Mario's, Mega Man's and Castlevania. And for the SNES too, games like Super Mario World, Mario Kart, Zelda Link to the Past, Mega Man X and Street Fighter. The Playstation created my love for RPG's with some great ones like the Final Fantasy games(which were actually good then)Suikoden 1 and 2(which is maybe my favorite of all time)Breath of Fire 3 and Wild Arms. As for the PS2 my favorites are FF10, Persona 3 and 4, GTA San Andreas, and Dragon Quest 8. I'm with you on the Suikoden series, it was possibly one of the best RPG series. I still have my original copies of Suikoden 1-5. Oh man i wish i had them all.Only one i have now is 5 and Tierkreis for Nintendo DS which are good too but i'd rather have the first two. Love those games, its a damn shame they don't make new ones anymore.

There's a lot of music i like especially older stuff like the Beatles, Johhny Cash, the Police, Bruce Springsteen and a lot more. But what i really love right now is the latest album by Queens of the Stone Age(Like Clockwork).
There's also some dutch music that's good(but more stuff that's bad lol).

As much as i love Saga its not for everybody. There are elements in the book that not everybody will like but that's nothing to be ashamed of. There are a lot of books that almost everybody likes but that i just can't get into but that doesn't mean i'm wrong its just my opinion.

Wow 100% that is impressive. This is a big game! Been playing it on and off for more than a month now and i only just got to 30%. Really like the game and that there's so many characters in it and there's so much to explore, only some times the gameplay isn't really that good i think like when you're trying to switch characters it doesn't really work but other than that i like it.

Read a lot of Hellboy stories for the last couple of days, and i'm starting to like it more and more. Last one i've read was Conquerer Worm and now i'm gonna start with Strange Places.Almost read all the books that have Mignola on art, that's a bummer but i'm sure the other artists are good too.
I really like the stories and all the different creatures that Hellboy and the BPRD must face, most of them are really strange and weird but i love that about this world. Also like that one time there's a multiple issue story arc and the next time its multiple short stories in one issue.Best short story so far in my opinion is the two-page story Pancakes starring young Hellboy.

Well as i previously said on other threads, i am currently getting caught up on everything Hellboy(which is gonna take me a while but i'll get there)Gotham Central, Batman Dark Victory by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale and a lot of Marvel Now stuff that i read on Marvel Unlimited like Daredevil, Captain Marvel, Young Avengers, Thor God of Thunder, Avengers and the X books. That's why i don't buy a whole lot of new books every week, cause there's plenty of old stuff to read. Dark Victory is a great read! in fact, anything that has Loeb & Sale as the creative team is generally awesome. Their Catwoman: When in Rome mini-series is wonrderful, as is Superman For All Seasons. i love the way they tell the story from the perspectives of different characters, and Sales' rendition of Clark/Supes ranks among my very favorite versions of the character... having said that, if you want to see their take on Marvel characters, their 'colour' books are awesome , too! Yeah i know, they are one of my favorite teams in the business.Big fan of their stuff! I've also read The Long Halloween, For All Seasons and Spider-Man Blue by them.Really want to read the other stuff too. Sale's artwork is something you don't see every day but i really like it especially in For All Seasons which is my favorite Supes book i think, either that one or Birthright.

Think i'll only buy Hawkeye this week. If i was caught up i would buy the new Batman and FF, but i'm like ten issues behind on both of those so i'm gonna wait awhile.
