No, it's not a documentary about the exclamatory remark used frequently in Michael Jackson songs...
I haven't read the book, so the twists and turns in this movie floored me. Also, Ben Affleck is getting BIG for Batman! Did anyone else see Gone Girl? What did you think?

Excellent movie. The continued collaboration between David Fincher and Reznor/Ross is creating some stunning work. That soundtrack was SO important to the vibe of this movie.
Amazing performances all round too. Weird casting choices too. The Talking Movies guys pointed out that the casting of Tyler Perry was a strange move but that he totally owns that role, and I agree.
Didn't seem like it was it's two and a half hour running time either. Always a good sign.

Finally saw it. Daaaaaaaaaaaamn. That was pretty fucking good. I watch a lot of movies, and know a bit about how stories tend to work, and I have a tough time turning the analytical side of my brain off while watching or reading or listening to a story, and as such I'm surprised and delighted much less often than I'd like. Any time I can't tell where a movie's going, any time it takes me somewhere i've never been, any time it subverts my expectations or spins me around, any time a movie ends and I want more, then I know it's been a worthwhile ride. And THAT, my friends, was a worthwhile ride. Top marks all around, especially to Rosamund Pike. That, Interstellar, and The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness are easily the three best non-Marvel movies i've seen from 2014. Well, ok, and Grand Budapest. And The Lego Movie. So make that a Top 5, then. STILL. : )
