I do not read Remender's Cap' since issue 3 so all I know is what I could gather from articles and a few pages of the comic.

I really think this has been blown way out of proportion and, from my understanding, do not see a problem unless you don't like the idea of sex under the influence of alcohol.

I'd love to hear what everyone has to say and to help me fully understand the situation.

I'd hope to believe that everyone thinks the racism accusation is just ludicrous.

I also haven't read it but I gathered the following from the internets and discussions about the topic....

- It seems her age is a topic of discussion as early issues hints and some info would lead you think she is 17 (?) and apparently in the latest issue she is mentioned to be in her early 20's.

- Both of them are drunk and it seems Sam refuses initially.

So from my point of view based on this information is VERY difficult to say Sam now is a "child" rapist and all...if all he was trick into it and could we see to something akin to the Nightwing rape over the pre-52?
