Issue #138: Special Edition NYCC Interviews and World Cup

There’s no “official” topic for this week’s show but seeing as Bob and Steve took the time to interview some amazing folks at Special Edition NYCC, we include some of their interviews that they got a chance to record while at the show. Interviewees include Gail Simone, Will Sliney and more.

I haven't listened to the episode yet(sorry)because i was little bit busy watching Australia - Netherlands. The Dutch did it again! Even though it was really tough and we weren't nearly as good as we were against Spain we managed to get trough and win with 3-2. And now i've got to calm down again  |

Great show! loved the interviews.. Thanks Neall, glad you enjoyed them! As you know having been at NYCC: Special Edition (or NYC:SE or SENY, or whatever the heck else they're calling it!), you had a marvelous chance to have a real conversation with just about every creator there! Onwards and upwards for Year Two! |

And i'll forgive you guys for picking Germany as your favourite "D", I can't speak for Ms. Cooke, but I am from German descent ( via the long-gone Bohemia and Alsace-Lorraine), so it's not too much of a reach! |

And i'll forgive you guys for picking Germany as your favourite I would say Germany are my favourites to win. However, the teams I'm be actively supporting are Japan (as always) and the USA. It's not like Wales will ever get back there, so I can pick and choose as I please to make up for it! |

Onwards and upwards for Year Two! Totally Agree, loved the format of this con. I had a great experience with Francis Manapul. The current Writer Artist on Detective. He is so amazingly talented with his water color. The DC art masters panel was really fun to watch him work next to Tony Daniel and to see how different both their styles were. |

Ok finished listening the episode and well, Special Edition NYC was a great show and it seems that Heroescon is similar so I welcome this new addition to the Reed Pop's family.
I just want to know the dates for next year already so I can plan! I spend more money than intended (which wasn't much but I didn't figured it in my monthly budget)
