I picked up issue one after the glowing review on the podcast.
I've never had any interest in the character before, but thought I'd give it a shot.
I don't really follow Marvel at all (and the fact they put adverts in amongst the story always distracts me), but I really enjoyed the issue. The artwork especially is spellbinding. Very refreshing.

Knowing how tied into daredevil she is I figured I would give this a shot. Unfortunately the book fell short for me, I just couldn't seem to make myself care or even sand of pay attention. Closed it just about when they were introducing the 2nd assassin guy. At least the art was nice.

I loved the artwork so going to see how issue 2 goes. If the story doesn't grab me at least ill have some pretty pictures to enjoy  |

So, there was some discussion on the podcast about letting Elektra go and build a fanbase (i.e. wait for the trade sales). They're out and it volume 1 sold 2,000 and 14,100 floppies in comic shops in November. The only title lower is All-New Ultimates, also cancelled.
FWIW, I thought the first volume was terrific art-wise and so-so storywise.
