Hi, everyone! I'm Craig Petersen. I'm working on a new comic book series, called Echoes from the Drift. It's an '80s inspired sci-fi story about two young adventurers, Jenni and Zayf, who voyage across the dimensions and explore parallel worlds.
Echoes is a story I've wanted to tell for many years with a lot of influences from TV shows and films such as UFO Robo Grendizer, Clint Eastwood's "Spaghetti Westerns", Blade Runner, Mad Max and the original Star Wars trilogy.
There will be a fun and varied ensemble of key supporting characters, some of which are introduced in a prequel to the series called In Ruins. All ten pages of In Ruins can be read for free at my website. (Contains coarse language and some violent scenes.)
I've launched a Kickstarter campaign for Echoes to create the first issue of a five issue story. The campaign runs until the 17th of April, so come and join us!
In the Kickstarter campaign, apart from the comic, I'm offering unique sketches and also the original artwork from Echoes as Backer Rewards. We've hit 50 Backers, which means print copies and enhanced digital copies of Echoes #1 will now be available to most Backers!
