Ok so lm a huge fan of both Danny and Luke, lve loved their exploits seperate from the pages of New Avengers and Immortal Iron Fist and it was always fun to see them interact.
You could see the connection they have even if you never read their Heroes for Hire series (which l never did... call me bad but l prefer naughty)
Now on to this book... l loved it!!!!
Maybe its my affection for the duo or my love for street level heroes and adventures, I'll take either reason or even an original reason... like great writing and awesome art.
I do hope this book has fans and does numbers because I want it around for a long time.

Agreed. Bought the first issue and it had everything I loved about the dynamic between Luke and Danny. This is the best book I read of the All New All Different and hope it will be around for a long time.
If you love the history and stories of these two characters, this is a perfect book. If you are new to these characters and looking to see what they're about, it's a perfect jumping on point. I hope people give this a shot.

I was really impressed by this book.Very good writing, liked the chemistry between Luke and Danny a lot, and though the art took a little getting used to at first i thought it fit the book well.
Think i might have check out some old Heroes for Hire stuff on Unlimited if its on there.

Glad to hear people are enjoying this book, because I like these characters and I wish it nothing but success. Sadly, this book fell a little flat for me & I can't put my finger on a singular reason why. Maybe it was a little over-expectation on my part. But, it just felt one note, maybe a little too much of the buddy cop trope. Danny felt a little too goofy and Luke seemed a little too apprehensive to help. I guess I wanted more of a gritty street level toughness from the series.
For me Greene's art is good and fits the tone it appears Walker is going with but it's just not what I'm looking for right now. I tend to go through cycles when I'm reading comics and right now I'm just not feeling the satiric super friends vibe this is giving off. I'll have to remember this and maybe re-visit again when I'm more in that type of a mood.
