What new or returning series has you yearning the most for its release?
Is there an original graphic novel that you can't wait to get your hands on?
Here's the place to spread the word!

For me, I'm looking forward to seeing what the new Power Man & Iron Fist by David F. Walker and Sanford Greene has to offer... ...and on returning series, this week sees the release of the first issue of the on-going A-Force series by G. Willow Wilson and Jorge Molina, there's also the continuance of Kelly Sue DeConnock's & Emma Rios' Pretty Deadly (with an issue out already that was masterful!), and of course, I'm very psyched for the return of the Slott/Allred Silver Surfer! With just a touch of trepidation, I'm cautiously optimistic about the Wonder Woman: Earth One OGN by Grant Morrison and Yannick Paquette; I've read so many conflicting comments (and mostly from Mr. Morrison!), that I'm not sure what tack this book will take, but I'm still quite intrigued nonetheless!

Here's hoping that all our Death Vigil conversations have helped "prime the pump" for a sales increase for this series that so deserves to be a top-of-the-chart book!

I'm right there with you Bob on Power Man and Iron Fist. The friendship and really brotherhood between those characters is a beautiful thing. The art is just what I like.
I'm looking forward to Chew finishing up its run as probably one of my all time favorite series as well as the finale to Luther Strode.
For OGN's I'm looking forward to anything from the Battling Boy Universe as all the releases have been great and Deadpool Bad Blood.
I thought Death Vigil was not continueuicontinued. Has this changed?

I dig the power man/iron fist art Bob posted. makes me want to check it out. about a week or so after announcing the DV cancellation Stjepan announced that he would take one more stab at the series with the second arc.

That's awesome news. For more Power Man and Iron Fist art check out @sanfordgreene on twitter for pieces like his Christmas sketch. Will try to figure how to post it here.

I have to agree with the sentiments of Bob, B-Root, and Harmonica thus far. I'm hoping Power Man & Iron Fist will be one of the few Marvel book I read regularly and I as most know I am a huge Stjepan Sejic and Death Vigil fan. In addition to these 2 books here are some others I'm excited for.
Lady Killer vol. 2 (Darkhorse): Volume 1 of this book was so much fun. Joelle Jones's art was fantastic and the story laid out by her and Jaime Reich was a blast. In my opinion this book and it's creators were somewhat overlooked during the end of year awards. Thanks to Bob for putting up the good fight. Jone's art is 2nd to none in my opinion and how she was so casually dismissed for break out artist is beyond me. If you need further proof check out Helheim and brides of Helheim (Oni) where she teams up with Cullan Bunn to tell the story of a Frankenstein Viking.
The One % (Image): This book was announced at the Image Expo and will be written and drawn by Kaare Andrews. He did the last Iron Fist series that I truly enjoyed. His art is pretty stylized so it may not be for everyone, but I enjoy it. The One % is about a superhero that instead of going after the low level criminals aims his sights on the upper tier, high society crooks that drive the crime in his city. In order to take them down he must infiltrate their ranks and become part of the 1%...
Devolution (Dynamite): This is a 5 part mini series by Rick Remender where the majority of the world's population has devolved into an animalistic form of human. The story follows a group of "normal" people as they try to find out why this has happened and how to cure it. Remender... horror... Post apocalyptic world... This will not end well for most evolved... Awesome!!!
Heathen vol. 2 (Literati Press via comixology Submit): Natasha Alterici does both the story and art on this Indie book. Alterici's tale chronicles the tale of Aydis, a young Viking girl who's banished from her tribe and now sets out to free Brynhild, former leader of the Valkyrie, from a curse and take on Odin himself while finding her place in a world where she's not accepted. There is a huge social undertone to this book and it's not subtle. But to Alterici's credit, it doesn't overpower a good story and strong character. Her art has a rough and scratchy feel to it that gives it distinction. Gritty art, good story, and a strong leading character make this book something worth checking out, so go buy it so she can make more.
The continuation of many of the other books I read such as... Low, Tokyo Ghost, Angela: Queen of Hel, Sunstone, They're not like us, Lazarus and East of West just to name a few.

I'm thrilled that so many of you are sharing my passion for the new PM/IF, and so I'm hoping that signals that the series will have a big "opening weekend" and stay around awhile, unlike so many of my "cursed" picks! Lady Killer did make it onto the "Best Mini-Series" list, and I'll predict here that Ms. Joelle Jones will find her way deeper into the debate next time around! In the meantime, you can vote for Lady Killer here!

Im also pretty interested to check out Waid and Samnee's Black Widow.

Between that and hopefully some synergy from the Netflix series, this comic will have strong sales to stand on.

My most anticipated books for 2016:
Black Widow by Waid & Samnee: I didn't follow their Daredevil run but was aware of all the praise it was getting. Hopefully their high-profile involvment will help sales. And I'm very anxious to see their take on Natasha Mockingbird by Cain & Niemczyk: I loved the one-shot and thought Cain had a very good handle on Bobbie. While I'd love to see Jones come back on art in future arcs, I've been impressed by what I've seen of Niemxayk's art online. Probably my most anticipated book of the year right now.
Lady Killer by Jones: Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, so happy this is coming back. Jones was my discovery of the year in 2015, rising quickly to my third favorite artist (behind Noto and Immonen) and I'm anxious to see how she is as a writer as well. Plus I really loved the story, setting and character and want more of all three.
Death Vigil by Sejic: I'm really glad Sejic is willing to give this book another go. I absolutely loved this family of characters he created, enough that I don't mind that it's in the fantasy genre (not one of my favorites)
Crosswinds by Simone & Staggs: This sounds pretty intriguing and fun. Simone in hit and miss with me but when she hits, it's hard. And I haven't seen any work by Staggs before but the promo art is pretty cool.
Twist by Whedon & TBD: Love Whedon's Astonishing X-Men and have been hoping he would come back to the world of comics. A Victorian era Batwoman sounds like it could be fascinating.

I'm excited for IDW's 'Deviations' series of one shots - especially the Transformers one which tells the story of what if Optimus Prime hadn't died.
