What was that thing in the glass coffin? Kree?

It seems is Kree (saw a picture somewhere that the corpse has marks similar on the toy of Ronan the Accuser from the GOTG movie), at least is too small to be a Frost Giant and Centurians (or whatever the spelling of Yondu's people is) have a fin on their heads....

I would personally love it if it was a Kree alien in that coffin because it could plant the seeds for Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel in MCU.

On that note, what if Carol and her origin are introduced in Agents of Shield and then she appears in a future Avengers movie. I think it would be cool if show characters made the jump to the big screen. If only to prove to Warner Bros/DC that its OK to have show characters in a film (hint Flash hint).

Ok this may just be me, but wouldnt someone like the punisher be perfect to have a 2 or 3 episode stint on agents of shield? The way i see it is shield takes care of stuff that falls between the level of superheroes and that of the cops. And correct me if im wrong, is that not exactly where the Punisher would fall? thoughts?

I'm just glad the show is back for the next several weeks. It's hard to keep up when every other week is a rerun and you have no idea when the new episodes are coming back.

And if what they promised is true, then starting next week things will get intense until the end of the season.

Great episode! Loved the Agent Sitwell appearance. I agree. Loved the tie-ins to the larger MCU and the sense that the plot really has some forward momentum now. Still not enamored of Skye and Blandy McBlanderson (Ward? I still cannot remember his name half the time) but everyone else is great.

Yeah I am liking the new trend of the episodes now.
That being said I was planning on owning the DVD to go with my marvel movie collection.
Now I will most likely skip season 1

Was that Sam Wilson in this weeks episode? I haven't seen an episode in about three months but I had a Tuesday night off, and it was on, so.. Just wondering.

I just saw Cap 2 yesterday, and thanks to that i'm now way more excited for this show than before. Think its gonna be real interesting to see how they are going to handle what happened in that movie.

I know, is going to be interesting. Also I wonder if we are going to get a name change by the end of the season.

Also based on what happened in the movie I wonder if the person that was in both will be the clairvoyant
Another thing when they introduced the scene with Nick fury last episode they made it look at the beginning like it was part of the show with the location text
Is the movie why he was off the grid and colson can't find him
