It’s a new week and a new podcast featuring a geek discussion about the epic world of Doctor Who… specifically the new series that launched back in 2005. We’re joined by special guest Kyle Anderson (Nerdist, WTF Are You Watching? Podcast) and he gives us his insight into what he thinks about the classic sci-fi show.
Recommendations for this week are: Big Hero 6, Gotham by Midnight, Captain Scarlet and The Mysterons, The Wire, Safety Not Guaranteed, and Mike Tyson Mysteries (which you can see a clip of below).

Gah! Tom Baker is the superior Doctor! Yarrgghh!  haha Even though I refuse to watch any of the new stuff, despite my wife insisting it's amazing, I still had a good time listening  all the old stuff is available on hulu plus by the way (netflix, last I checked, had a miserable collection of the older Who stuff). I recently watched the entire Baker run and it was amaaazingggg! |

I really liked the Star Wars episode, but i loved this one.Great topic!
Tennant would have to be my favourite(out of Eccleston, Tennant, Smith, and Capaldi, never seen any of the older Doctors, so i cant talk about those)since he has the most memorable episodes for me, though every Doctor has something special.And even though you only saw a little bit of him i also loved the John Hurt Doctor(Day of the Doctor, one of my favourite episodes of all time)and i would love it if we would see him again someday.

I really enjoyed the Dr. Who episode its really interesting to hear other peoples feeling on the new who era. To be honest Tenant was my Doctor and he will always be my doctor, but I didn't hate the others, I greeted them with open arms. Although Math Smith and a lot of Romance stuff in his season, River Song is my spirit Animal, I still remember that moment when the Darlek is begging her for forgiveness  . Martha was my least favorite companion and I think you guys explained that the best she was hung up on the doctor the whole time and had the most annoying scream. I didn't really like Clara in this season, she seems to have topped Amy Pond in the Worst Human on Dr. Who Award, she was selfish nine ways from Sunday. Danny Pink... Ally~ |
