So instead of being announced on The View (really Marvel, choose another program), Marvel went ahead and announced their newest and perhaps most important book coming out of Secret Wars: A-Force! Horrible name aside, this is pretty much (according to Marvel) THE Avengers book that will run during (and possibly even after, based on sales) Secret Wars. Is written by G Willow Wilson and Maguerite Bennett with art by Jorge Molina. This all-female team will come out from the domain of Arcadia (Wilson says is a feminist paradise) as well as implied that other members will be chosen from other domains, so far the team consists of She-Hulk, Nico Minoru, Dazzler, Medusa, among others...as well as a new character called Singularity (the one that looks like a super Captain Universe) which forms the team and is said to be a Universe given sentience due to whatever forms Battleworld. I'm excited about this and will pick it up, with Wilson doing a great job with Ms. Marvel I bet this will be another hit. Also is interesting that this will be pretty much the Avengers book for a while...

Nico (Avenger's Arena & Undercover Avengers) and Medusa (Inhuman) have been 2 of my favorite characters to read in the last couple of years. Add that with the creative team listed and I'm definitely giving this a chance.

Name aside (though you're dead-right, it's awful), I love the concept, and I look at that poster and I mostly like what I see (a bunch of my favorite characters), but then I read "the domain of Arcadia" and my eyes gloss right the fuck over.
Secret Wars, man; just . . whyyyyyyyy. :/

Just call it Avengers. What's the problem with that.
Or Femvengers as a close second.
