I just picked up Far Cry 4 for the Xbox One and I would love to team up with any Talking Games listeners to take down some fortresses and outposts (when I get to that point in the game, that is). If you're interested, hit me up on Xbox @ metallicoholic
But if you have PSN and are looking for partners, post here too!
As a side note about the game, DO NOT go for the "fake" ending until you finish the campaign first unless you like wasting time. In case you don't know about it, there's a moment very early on when Pagan Min asks you to wait and "enjoy the crab rangoon." You can wait for about 15 minutes and the alternate ending kicks in. However, after the credits roll and you get your laugh out of "beating" the game, you have to start all over again and you can't skip the opening cutscene at all. It's really something that I wish I had checked out AFTER I finished the game and not the first thing I did.

Bummer, I would have added you to play but I decided to get it on PS4.
If anyone else wants to play I'll be on PSN: SoundTribeDroCat

I am considering getting an Xbox one soon and if I do I'll be hopefully getting this game as well so I'll drop you a line if that happens. How is it so far?

I am considering getting an Xbox one soon and if I do I'll be hopefully getting this game as well so I'll drop you a line if that happens. How is it so far? (Sorry for the delayed response, I haven't had a chance to play much with the holidays) From what I've played (roughly four hours or so) the game is quite fun. I never played Far Cry 3 before this so this is my first Far Cry experience. Of course there are a lot of frustrations when it comes to random animal attacks that will usually wind up killing you, but when the animals work in your favor it's obviously a much better experience. Co-op is a blast so far. You aren't able to complete any story missions in this mode but you can do everything else. It's great to strategize with a friend how to take down an outpost or go hunting together for elusive animal skins (which are needed to upgrade your gear). The only caveat is that the host's game is the only one affected by what you do, so if you come into someone else's game and take down an outpost or liberate a radio tower, that progress won't be reflected on your game when you go back into it. On the bright side though, the joining player does keep all the money, XP, animal skins, and karma points earned so it's not a total waste by any means.
