Thought this news might be linked to the new Age of Ultron movie, so thought I would share it here also.
"Marvel Studios is taking a page from Silicon Valley, and issued a surprise, and mysterious, invitation for Tuesday, October 28. The invitations, extended to Newsarama and other sites that cover comic book movies, says nothing other than the date, the morning time, and the location of the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles. The invitation certainly brings to mind what Apple has done when announcing a major product in the past. It does specify the event is a Marvel Studios one, not Marvel Comics.
So what could be big enough for their own “special event”? Following Warner Bros.' Internet-capturing DC movie reveal last week, immediate speculation has to turn to Phase 3 of Marvel's film slate. Will we get an official announcement on Captain America: Civil War? Maybe they finally have some casting and other information about Doctor Strange. Or heck, even something out of left field, like a Captain Marvel announcement could take place. Whichever way it pans out, you can bet an event like this, which is relatively unprecedented in the industry, will likely have something major to reveal."

There is another leaked clip! Heated argument between Cap and Stark - alluding towards Civil War?
I don't want to break any rules and post it since it has clearly been filmed without Marvel's consent so it'll be removed soon I'm sure. If you search quickly enough, I'm sure you can find it!
The scene is Tony and Steve (and maybe other Avengers) are taking residence at what looks like a farm house, perhaps in hiding? Tony has a bruise on his cheek and they are both chopping wood outside.
The transcript is as follows:

The transcript is as follows: I watched this clip, and it's pretty exciting. I'm really looking forward to Cap: Civil War after seeing what the Russo Brothers did in the last Cap film. One thing I'm hoping for with this movie is a more balanced argument between the two. In the comics, it's very clear that the writers were siding with Cap. I'm hoping that the script alongside RDJ's on-screen charisma can win some sympathy on the side of the viewer. I want to be able to watch this and actually question where I stand in the argument rather than just dismiss it as, "Tony is acting like a dooooouche!"

I think it will be much more balanced in the movie. If anything, it'll probably be geared more towards Stark. The Iron Man movies are what got the MCU off the ground. Aside from the Avengers movie, the IM ones are the biggest. Still, really looking forward to it! It's a shame we have to wait such a long time for all these awesome movies that Marvel has got on their agenda! I guess we are lucky though aren't we? We're being spoiled at the end of the day.

I can't wait to see this movie. I was over at a buddies house watching football and the trailer came on and he was going to flip over to another game and I told him to go back that was the new Avengers trailer. My friend looked at me like I had 3 heads, he' s not a comic fan and has never seen any of the movies. It was hilarious...

THIIIIIRRRRRRDDDDD TRAAAAAAILEEEEEEERRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
Hot dog. I honestly did not believe I could be more excited to see this movie - even more that I was for Winter Soldier, which was REALLYREALLY excitied - and then BAM! They give me another 1 minute trailer (with new footage!) and I am in a whole other level. I was pretty much vibrating with joy watching this.
Did they re-dub Ultron's voice? I seem to remember Spader being more robot-y (& menacing) in the first clips.
Poor Hawkeye. Even in his own little heroic spot he shoots 1 arrow then is either 90% in the shadows or the camera is on QS+SW. Dude never gets any respect.

Awesome.
I think the more robot sounding voice is Ultron MK1 when he comes out of the Avengers Tower elevator, and the deep, crisp, digital sounding one in this and the "There are no strings on me..." line are Ultron Prime.
