So i just want to know what you guys think about Marvel's subscription service Marvel Unlimited.
I think its great, i really like to read old Marvel stuff on my Ipad and its great for that even though there could be more.
I had it for just a couple of months but i already read a whole lot like Hickman's FF and Fantastic Four, Avengers Academy, Dan Slott's She Hulk, Abnett and Lanning's Guardians of the Galaxy, Abnett and Lanning's Nova, a bunch of Ultimate Spider-Man and a whole lot of Marvel Now stuff.
So do you guys like it?And if you have it what do read on it?

I've had the service for about two years now and I love it! It's the best way to catch up on series you may have missed or that are hard to find at your local shop. If they don't have something up there that you want you can submit a request and they will get to adding it on.

It's a great service, pretty good value for the cost of the subscription. Basically means you'll never run out of comics to read! I've made it my mission to get through every issue of Fantastic Four this year, so far I'm 50 issues in and loving it. Only slight downfall of Unlimited is that they would benefit from incorporating a guided view type technology, as opposed to it just displaying a page and it being static. It would make the reading experience much more intuitive.

The app isn't without bugs. I have the basic subscription. I don't live anywhere where there are cons for panel access, and don't care much on spending 40 extra dollars just for a Ultron figure. I've had it for about 8 months and have read more than my money's worth. Every Monday there are 99cent Marvel sales on Comixology, but I look at them more as a suggested reading for this week on my Marvel Unlimited App.
Off the top of my head I know I've read: Hickman's FF/F4 run, Almost every event from the past decade, Peter David's latest X-Factor run, Warren Ellis Iron Man, Fraction Iron Man, Claremont/Miller Wolverine, and a ton more.
My biggest complaint is the off-line reading bug. I can have zero books in my library and it will tell me I am at capacity for off-line reading. I think I was able to download one book when I first started and after that it just gave me errors. Their customer service support has been pretty unhelpful, and kind of sucks.

Yeah there are a couple of bugs(like sometimes i really want to read something and it just won't load) and things that could be better but nothing that stops me from enjoying it.
I've already saved a whole lot of money thanks to Unlimited, there's only a handful of books i buy when they come out(like Hawkeye)as for the other stuff i either wait till it gets cheaper or if there's a sale on Comixology or if it gets added to Unlimited. You have to wait for 6 months or something like that till the new stuff gets added but that's not a problem for me.

Had it for about a month and am loving it. Wish it worked more like the marvel app with guided view but just nit picking. The one main gripe is when I'm reading on my 7" tablet it's brilliant at showing a full page but when there is a 2 page spread the writing becomes blurred and stays blurred even when I zoom in!? I have to switch to the single panel view to read everything on that spread and then switch back after. It's a little annoying but I can live with it.

Technical problems aside I love it. I have been able to read past runs that would have cost a lot to buy in trade like Brubackes Cap run. Planet and WW Hulk lots of old Deadpool and a bunch of other stuff.
For me what has also happend is I have cut pretty much everything Marvel from my pull list. It's gonna be hear within a few months. I asked this question a while back on the podcast but I can see people jaut doing this and not buying as many actually books which I wonderd might hurt sales. The wait isn't an issue for me. If it saves me cash then why not.

I have found with things like superior Spider-Man and captain marvel, which I've only just began to read, I've got to the last issue and since I know it's there to buy I have done. I need to know what happens man!!! That's how they get you!!!

I have had the app for about 1 1/2 yrs., but with a Comixology account, and cheap trades online, I never use it. Put a decent guided view and I'll change my mind. Probably will terminate sub this April.
