Ok this one needs it's own thread methinks....
So we are getting close to the main event, we had two Superior Spider-Man issues (really good, I miss Otto! And this latest issue gave us an explanation on the enemy), two Edge of Spider-Verse issues (glad we are seeing Spider-Gwen in Amazing and Spider-Verse Team up!) and the next issue of Amazing Spider-Man will begin the "prelude" phase.
So what are you waiting to see? What books are exciting you?!

I've been loving the 'Edge of' books. I don't think I'm going to do all the tie-ins, but the main Coipel-drawn book seems likely to be awesome

I'll be sticking strictly to Amazing Spider-man and Spider-verse #1 and #2 for this event.

Yeah I pull it from the Solicitations...I wasn't going to put Spider-Verse #2, but Comic Book Resources has Spider-Verse #1 as 1 of 2 so.....once January solicitations hits I will fix it.
Also I'm not really putting it in order of release.

I really enjoyed The Edge of Spider Verse #2 but i think i might of purchased a misprint. A few pages toward the end seemed out of order, any one one else have this problem?

i didnt, but it's certainly possible. Several Marvel comics have had this misprint messup of late. Original Sin was like that, and someone else complained about that in another thread here.
They need to start knocking some heads around at their printer.

IMPORTANT PIECE OF NEWS THAT WILL BE ANNOUNCED TODAY!!!....so on Thursday at NYCC, Robbie Rodriguez told me that Spider-Gwen is getting an ongoing in February set in her own Universe! It will be announced today at the Spider-Verse panel but until now I haven't been able to be online due to the insanity known as NYCC.

At least we know Gwen will survive the series.
The Spider-verse books themselves have been very hit and miss with me. I dig the story overall but want our universe to become the major story.

Honestly for me the whole appeal of Spider-Verse is the multiple versions of Spider-Man/People we are seeing and for them to team up is really awesome....
Anyways, more NYCC Spider related news!
Spider-Gwen confirmed for February release by Jason Latour and Robbie Rodriguez. Silk is getting her own ongoing as well in February by Robbie Thompson and Stacey Lee. It was shown that in the second issue of Spider-Verse Team Up Miles and the Ultimate Cartoon Spider-Man are teaming up to save 1960's Cartoon Spider-Man; Anya, Gwen, Kaine, MayDay among others mentioned will have a big role in Spider-Verse proper (they seem to be part of Peter's team while Noir and Assassin seem to be the big players in Superior's team).
And the cosplay at NYCC was also huge, by my count I saw 6 (one of them a friend that was smiling when I saw the face I did when I saw her) Spider-Gwens and at least 4 Superior (latest suit) Spider-Men.

Have not read a single issue of the Spider-Verse event, but i have to say that hearing so many good things about it has definitely gotten me interested, because it really seems to be up my alley. My original plan was to wait till it gets added to Unlimited, but now i don't think i can.

So i read the Edge of Spider-Verse issue with Spider-Gwen, and i really liked it.
Loved her costume, art was great, and i liked how quick you learned what was going on in her world(how she got her powers, what happened to the Peter of her world, and what's her current status). And now that i read this issue i'm really excited for the ongoing, i can absolutely see it working, and i will definitely pick it up.
