Why hello there! I created an account so i could send a message to you guys about some feedback for the Missfits. I've been a listener of the talking games podcast for quite a wile now but i like the missfits for being able to delve deeper into a single topic across i wide area of media or topics. but some gripes also... The audio quality. Obviously something that i think all knows of, its still makes it really hard to go through though. I'm not an audio expert so i don't know hos to fix it but it really is a dealbraker for being able to follow a podcast. Conversation tempo. Maybe just me but when it comes to podcast i think you should avoid speaking with each other slowly or with brakes constantly that slows down the tempo. I like when at least someone has the conductor baton and doesn't let the tempo down. The last thing you need is dead air or silent pauses that makes the listener start thinking of other things. The conversation should be like a ride going forward in a nice pace. Guests? I'm just saying... you could fit in another person in. four seems like a good number for a podcast Divided in more parts? Dividing the podcast in more parts then two maybe? an introduction followed by listener comments, recommendations (maybe a bit shorter) and the topic at hand well i'll fill in more when i come up with anything! Love from Sweden have it good!

I thought Stephanie was doing a pretty good job keeping the tempo moving along, but there are hiccups here and there mostly due to the fact we're not all in the same room, so sometimes are trying to slow down and avoid talking over each other.
We definitely have plans for more guests in the future Anyone in particular you have in mind? 4 people on the show every EP might make it longer than we want it to be, but it's fun to bring in a #4 sometimes!
Thanks for the feedback, always appreciate it!

Given that you guys are all skyping I think the Audio is actually pretty good. I've listened to shows that were way worse where I didn't even make it past the first show. There are those moments of dead air but typically Stephanie is pretty quick to change the subject. I think that's just something you'll get better at as the show goes on. You guys do a great job of delving into and staying on topic. Some podcasts make me feel like I'm just listening in on people having a conversation. You guys do feel like an actual podcast show. I have really enjoyed it.

Hi! Recent convert to the podcast (Steph's fault, between plugging it on Talking Comics and her Twitter account...), and I'm loving it. While I've no issues with the pace or any of the rest of it, I was going to mention on here that the audio is a bit...muted...compared to T.C., in that I wind up listening to T.C. with my iPod at over 50% volume, whereas I'm well over 75% volume with the Missfits, just for the same seeming sound level. Now I feel kind of crummy for having my first message on your boards be akin to a cranky old man yelling "turn up the volume!". You are all rocking this podcast, though, and sound levels are definitely not enough to shake me.

As always, we appreciate feedback. Since starting the show, we've all upgraded our mics so we can improve our sound. We're still trying to figure out some technical things, and welcome any tips on that area. We love our listeners (they are the best!) and their involvement in the show.

So I finally checked out your podcast (B.K. Vaughn Episode) and I just wanted to say I really enjoyed it. You guys are doing a great job and I really like the recommendation segment. Since there is not a thread up for this issue, I figured this would be as good a place as any to offer my B.K. Vaughn recoomendation. I believe it was Nikki, not quite sure, that was a X-Men fan and I would like to recommend a 3 issue mini that Vaughn did with Eduardo Risso called "Logan". It was published in 2008 and is a self contained story about wolverine, where he goes back to Japan to face a memories and demons from his pasts in WWII. The art is really good and it is one of the better stories about Logan before he was wolverine the superhero.

Hello! I always enjoy listening to the show! You girls are doing a great job! The recommendations portion is a favorite for me & I'm always adding to my wish-list. I didn't see a recommendations topic on the forum but I wanted to return the favor & recommend a couple things! Maybe we could start a recommendations topic, though? I just started reading a book called Dark Sparkler by Amber Tamblyn. She's a poet & actress. It's a brand new book. This collection of poems are about actresses who have tragically passed away. It's dark but so interesting & Amber's writing is beautiful. To accompany the poetry, you get some really interesting illustrations as well. I'm still reading it but I'm enjoying it so far. My other recommendation are a collection of comics by Monica Gallagher. I found her comics on Etsy! (LipsticKissPress) Her Bonnie N. Collide, Nine to Five comics are a lot of fun! I've read 1-3 & just ordered more the other day. The art is lovely & the characters are a lot of fun! Let me know what you think if you decide to check out any of these recommendations! I would love to hear your thoughts. - Lindsey

Just listened to the episode with Stjepan Sejic [Shhheeage] and it was excellent, I've only recently discovered his work so the podcast timing was perfect.
Some great questions but best of all the whole team nailed it with the handling, just enough questions to lead him into in depth explanations and it always helps when someone so talented is down to earth and clearly loves [or works hard at finding his love] for the comic book medium.
Well done everyone, I chuckled at the discussion about 50 Shades as I was discussing Sunstone with my wife as she's read 50 Shades and let her start reading it on my tablet, she doesn't read comics [ever]... so now I need a new tablet as mine has disappeared! [It has made an Xmas prezzie easier though]
Keep Fittin ladies!

Hey, I heard about SocialAdr from a friend of mine but was hesitant at first, because it sounded too good to be true. She told me, "All you have to do is enter your web page details and other members promote your URLs to their social media profiles automatically. It literally takes 5 minutes to get setup." So I figured, "What the heck!", I may as well give it a try. I signed up for the 'Free' account and found the Setup Wizard super easy to use. With the 'Free' account you have to setup all your own social media accounts (only once though) in order to get started. Next, I shared 5 other members' links, which was as simple as clicking a single button. I had to do this first in order to earn "credits" which can then be spent when other members share my links. Then I added a couple of my own web pages and a short while later started receiving notification that they had been submitted to a list of social media sites. Wow. And this was just with the 'Free' account! I was impressed. Check it out for yourself: socialadr.com/join/?a=711922It was clear to me that the paid accounts were worth it, so I upgraded to the 'Social Addict' package (the big daddy!). With their 'Lazy' accounts you don't have to do any sharing, all you do is enter your own web page details and their army of free users does all the work. It's been about 2 weeks now and I've received thousands of social media mentions...on AUTOPILOT. If you're like me and know good value when you see it, you should definitely give SocialAdr a try.

Confused about which card you need? The most common card is the green general operative card but depending on your trade or position, you may need to take a specialist or managers test. If you know which card you need then book now or select your card from below. labour green card
