OK since guardians of the galaxy worked so well for marvel it seems they can basically do anything imaginable. What are your top movies that up until the success of this seemed impossible (it's OK if they still seem impossible).
Dark Avengers: Damn you Sony for not letting us have Norman
Nova: Richard Ryder or Sam Alexander I gives not a damn
War of Kings: Not mya favorite but lay claim to Starjammers and shi'ar before fox does
1602: Neil Gaiman + Anything = Win (unlike a grumpy old alan moore I could name)
Oh and just because I'll add one DC
Simon Dark: Because Steve Niles is a great Guy

I'm very skeptical in the viability of a live-action Inhumans movie, it would be a much larger risk than GotG ever was.

I'm very skeptical in the viability of a live-action Inhumans movie, it would be a much larger risk than GotG ever was. agreed, doubly. Part of why Guardians works so well is the humor and the light feel of nearly all of it; it doesn't matter how familiar you are with the characters or what sort of crazy space wackiness is going on as long as the jokes land, and land: they do. Inhumans, at least in my experience with it, is much more serious and somber, perhaps necessarily so with a leader like Blackbolt, and they're so removed from humanity, so alien, whereas Andy Dwyer: Space Guy and the Awesome Mix Vol 1 at the heart of Guardians is incredibly human. Doing the Inhumans would be like if Thor 1 had been set mostly in Asgard and had featured almost entirely Asgardian speech and characters, and I think there are very real, very practical, (and ultimately very effective) reasons why they didn't do that (and the same could probably be said for Thor: The Dark World as well, which spent a large chunk of extremely effective and hilarious screentime making jokes in London). 'Skeptical' is a good word for it. If they decide to go ahead with Inhumans over a half-dozen other properties that I could think of off the top of my head, 'disappointed' would be another word for it.

The best argument I heard in favor of Inhumans was a very short tweet: Think game of thrones with superheroes in space!
Tell me that doesn't pique your interest
