Totally agree with you guys on Black Widow. Not much going on with it for me to stick with. You guys seems to really not like Hickman stuff over on Avengers and New Avengers. I thought you guys would enjoy a battle with Hickman's version of the Justice League. Why no Hickman love. Agree with Steve with Secret Avengers. Super fun avengers book, but I think you guys mentioned all the Avengers books except the best one...Avengers World. Awesome book with the lesser known characters. I know it started with Hickman but Spencer is doing great stuff with it. Southern Bastards was great! When you guys were describing it to Bob me thoughts were "southern grit" that's the best way for me anyways. Incapsulates the grit and the south. Go Rebels!

Brazil over Croatia 3-1, but it was a close match that turned on a tie-breaking penalty kick by Brazil that shouldn't have been awarded! There was also a goal-keeper interference call against Croatia that was questionable, but not nearly so much as the other call! (Best of luck to the Netherlands!)

Completely disagree with you on that penalty kick, Lovren was in the wrong. As a defender you can't put your arm around a shoulder like that and then dare the ref to make a call. Sure was nice of Marcelo to score Croatia the goal though. IncredibleD My adopted team (Australia) is playing you on Wednesday so that should be interesting.

Simon, To me it seemed more "incidental contact"; Lovren definitely touched him, but it seemed more a "drape" than a "hold". You're right that he shouldn't have done it, but I really hate it when a game official in any sport makes himself bigger than the game and in essence helps decide the outcome, and Mr. Nishimura was sure at the center of things! That said, considering the final, it probably didn't matter anyway! (Even though Marcelo did knock it in, if the ball had gotten past him, I believe the Croatian player behind him would have done the same!)

David,
You must be pretty thrilled with the game just concluded!
The Netherlands just handed out the biggest defeat ever to a reigning champion, with a 5-1 rout of Spain!
Of course, Spain lost their first match to Switzerland last time around, and still won the World Cup!

I've gotta tell you, for weeks i thought this would pretty much be a repeat of the finals in 2010, especially after Spain got awarded that penalty and scored. But pretty soon after that came one of the most beautiful goals i have ever seen from Van Persie, and after that they were just unstoppable. I couldn't be happier with this result, we've only just started the tournament but my country is off to a pretty good start i think

I've a friend who's a huge Arsenal fan, so I've seen quite a lot of Mr. Van Persie, but that goal was amazing even for him! Robben's "shake-and-bake" score later wasn't so bad, either!

Did not see that score line coming at half time but for all Spain's lovely tiki-taka football holland wanted it more and just went for the throat every time they got the ball. Never seen two world class centre halves made to look so ordinary!! Robben and Rvp have set the tournament on fire. Time for England to do the same. Rooney to score tonight Bob!!!!

Congrats to the Dutch- time for Spain to let someone else have a chance. Tonight England play Italy and i expect a draw..
Im surprised the team are not enjoying Moon Knight. I thought:
No 1- the introduction of an all white MK against Declans washes to represent the gritty city, with Jordis moody colours, which change to red, white and blue in the lair of the ex shield agent. Really original sequentials like MK descending into the bad place below...crazinesss promised in the last scenes..
No 2- multiple scenes spontaneously play out in different panels as the sniper takes them out and they are replaced with empty spaces appearing over the pages. Some people didnt like that this was a quick read, but I thought it was really inventive.
No 3 - i really liked the crazy bird armour that works against the dead. Mk can call on resources beyond a utility belt...
No 4- this is all about the art for me- amazing dreamy scenes with all the mushrooms, the story was a lot like Planetarty#21, which I happened to read afterwards.
In summary this is a really original series thats been getting solid reviews and sales, compared against Hulk, Silver Surfer, Wolverine, Southern Bastards, and many of us are really disappointed that the team is leaving after only 6 issues.
