So far I am really enjoying this series. Only read to issue 3 so far but so far so good. I don't usually like future spanning or alternate universe stuff but liking this. Interesting to see some of DC's lesser know characters utilized and to learn about them. There's defiently a lot going on but I am very interested to see how things play out. Also Mr Terrific is new to me but I find him very interesting so far. Anyone else giving this a read?

There are parts of Futures End that have my attention and parts that I do not care for. For me, I think there are too many characters and not enough of a plot besides the struggle with each character. There is no overall plot or at least no development to that plot in the last two issues. For DC to have money from me every week for a year they are going to have to step up their game.

Yeah the lack of plot and clear direction have been hurting this as well as Batman Eternal. Eternal seems to have new things and characters every issue and I forget about previous events. I hope they start to get to the point soon.

Just read the first 5 issues. There is so much going on here that I admit to being a little confused. I think this story might read better as a trade when it's all done and dusted, the question is can I wait 47 more weeks to get back into it? ?? Probably not :0)

You guys nailed it, I enjoyed the first few issues but am already losing the will to read it weekly, I suspect like most of these weeklies I will drop off and dip back in once a month and still be able to follow the story.
I do like seeing Batman Beyond in an almost contemporary setting which may / may not be New 52 time-line or maybe it's pre-52 time-line continued!

I didn't want to but I had to drop this. Was just to much to keep up with and the cost of two weekly books got to me. Kept Batman Eternal as I am a huge Batman fan and that started to seem to go somewhere. I would be interested in picking this up in a full trade in a few years lol

I have read the first 13 issues and I must say, that I really like the series. It reminds me pretty much of that 52 series. I think a collaborative take on all those characters brings freshness to the series. There is so much going on, some stuff very shady, but always interesting. I loooove the Firestorm design and Grifter is SPOT ON. Grifter is a soooo good character, but his solo book was so poor written. And have you read the Futures End teasers in last weeks DC books? Holy cigars! I really, really hope we get a full blown crisis next year AND some of the old DCU back. So far New52 have done a pretty good job. 2013 it slowed a bit down, but what DC has done in 2014 is really good! And I am so happy, we are seeing Booster and Beetle again. Oh I loved the books back in the day!!

I only read the first 2 issues but then dropped it because I really wanted Batman Eternal and was only curious about this, and 2 weekly books is a lot.
But now the trade is out I'm really curious. Wondering if its a good story. Trying to decide between reading this or reading Earth 2 from the start.

Im going to be 100 percent honest with everyone............. Worlds end and Futures End are fantastic! If you dig the "game of thrones" style, meaning its non stop different little vinyetts of stories back to back to back, with tons of Michael bay esque popcorn action all over the place. These 2 weeklies are for you. Im thoroughly enjoying them. Grab the futures end trade which collects the first 20 issues, and catch up on worlds end, DC knows how to do weeklies, i promise you this.
All im gonna say is Fifty Sue + earth 2 lana lang + cash cole aka grifter = my new favorite thing in comics! I wanna spoil it so bad for you guys
