Liked the latest episode but man, that one scene with Jaime and Cersei was really disturbing.

You could be right, it could be that.Or maybe this was the only time it wasn't mutual since he wants to do it in front of their dead son(which is a pretty good reason)

I've now watched the first half of the fourth season and i think its my favourite season so far. They've done some great things in only five episodes, and made some of my favourite characters like Arya, Jaime and Tyrion even greater in my opinion. I especially love all those scenes with Arya and the Hound so far, man that is some intense stuff!

Jaime did not rape Cersei in the book. Also, if I recall correctly Rob's wife(I forget her name) was not stabbed repeatedly in the stomach to start the killing of the red wedding. There is a decent little article out on the net somewhere that talks about the changes that were made and points out that a lot of them end up with more violence directed at women by men than what really happened in the book. - Beau

Oh I'm so distraught after the end of this weeks episode.... Oh man THAT ENDING!!!I watched it about a half hour ago and i still feel a little sick from seeing that. This show just takes what you're expecting and does the complete opposite. And we haven't even had the ninth episode, which is usually the most shocking one.

I've really loved this season so far. Well, I did read the books first so seeing things play out on screen was great, but I've absolutely loved this season

It was the best season i've seen so far and that last episode may be my favorite one of all time! So many strong character moments in just one episode, i really enjoyed it. Can't wait for next years season.

Did anyone here the news about George R.R. Martin? No he's not dead (yet).
In an interview at SDCC he said he will not go to visit the set of the show this year and he won't be writing an episode to write The Winds of Winter!

I want gleeson and the kid who played malfoy in harry potter to do a buddy cop movie together. Gleeson is all by the numbers but malfoy is a mavrick who plays by his own rules.

Oh and yeah I'm in the process of re-reading the books, and the show is way rapeier. Even the first scene with drogo and deny in the book it's clear she is giving consent, but in the show looks like she isn't. I love this show to death but it is an issue.

Before i started reading the books i was told that the books are more graphic. I laugh at those peoples' faces. Apart from the Lannisters being twins. Also the other issue is recasting. I think The Mountain has changed 3 times.

just thought i post this here in case anyone is interested, and it is available outside of germany. this is a german/french tv show called "Durch die Nacht mit..." (through the night with...) where a camerateam follows 2 celebrities around for one night. and this time its George RR Martin and Sibel Kekilli, the actress who plays Shae, in Santa Fe. visiting Martins home, a gallery some bars, a comic book shop and more. its really interesting imo and the audio is almost completely in english with german subtitles. you can watch it until march 29 www.arte.tv/guide/de/sendungen/ACN/durch-die-nacht-mit

So, we're halfway through season 5.So far it has had its moments but for me it doesn't come close to season 4. Don't really care much about the Kings Landing and Mereen storylines, and while Arya is my favourite character her story doesn't really grab me so far(i miss the Hound)though i'm sure that could change, but the Jon Snow, Tyrion, and Jaime stuff is great.Still five more to go, so we'll see.
