I just found out that this November we're getting not one but TWO new Assassin's Creed games (Rogue and Unity). Does anyone else feel like the market is being over-saturated with AC games? Do you think there might be some blow back of getting too much too soon? Good question for the show, I hope they address it. My answer is that they are definitely over-saturating the market. Like CoD before it, I've become tired of the AC formula. Iterative advancements in the game aren't enough to draw me away from something new and fresh. I think maybe CoD fixes that with Advanced Warfare, but I haven't seen anything from the two new AC games that truly gets me excited. And I have a difficult time rationalizing developing and releasing both Rogue and Unity at the same time. Even HUGE fans will most likely not play both at the same time, so they'll opt for one or the other depending on what systems they own. Next gen owners may never even bother with Rogue. I just think it's a poor use of resources, but perhaps they make so much money with the franchise, they don't even care.

What is the point in stabbing an Uruk in the chest four times if you are simply going to cut its head off anyway? Rhetorical question.

One does not simply cut the head off an Uruk.

What are some examples of some titles that you wish were finished but just kind of fell by the wayside??? For me it's Scarlet. As Bendis and Maleev got busier and busier, this title just kept getting pushed back further and further. Then there is Bedlam from Nick spencer and Ryan Browne (and formerly Riley Rossmo), which has just kind of completely stalled. Don't even get me started on Image United...
Additional queries: Do you greater dislike delays with your Marvel/DC stuff or with the indie stuff??? Would you rather something be completed or would you rather it just fade away if what you'll get isn't up to the level of what came before it?

Hearing about people spending hours shooting in front of a cave in Destiny made me think of this question: What are some of your most embarrassingly time-wasting moments in a game just to either grind XP, farm gold/loot, or grab an achievement/trophy?
I can't think of any specifics, but any time I have to rig my controller to keep a button pressed down or a joystick kept in a certain position and then walk away from the game for a few hours, I feel pretty bad about myself.

I spent way too long farming moss clumps in preparation for Blighttown in Dark Souls. Speaking of Dark Souls, I also spent way too much time in the Depths farming rats for humanity. I seem to remember rigging my controller to always have the analogue stick pressed forward when I was doing an endurance race, on an oval circuit, in Gran Turismo once my car was far enough ahead. Just had to get dem credits...

Not sure if it's been asked, what games do you want a sequel/continuation/return to that world?
I'd say Timesplitters and Suikoden.

Hey guys and gal! First off I'd like to thank Jaquie for helping Marc and I ATTEMPT the weekly heroic challenge on Destiny last night!! I give us all an A for effort, we should all get a partisapation ribbon at least. Second I'd like to comment on one of the questions from last week, I'm with Justin (or Lustin, depending on who your talking to:) ) I prefer story over gameplay. For me a good story draws me in and keeps me interested, not to say that I don't love good gameplay, but if I had to choose, a good story wins for me. Last, I'd like to pose a question, not sure if anyone has ever asked this before but here goes, if you could choose one ability or power from a video game character to bring into real life what would it be and why? For me this is an easy decision, Cole McGrath's power over electricity from inFamous 2! My reasons are simple, he can float from building to building, he can tie people up with electric rope, he can skate at super sonic speed across power lines and best of all he can heal people of a desease with just a touch! Thank you for the show guys, it's the best part of my week, Dave, aka Wicked__D

if you had to choose between playing only indie developed games or triple A title games for the year of 2015 which option would you choose and why?

This exchange: I won't trade the game in even though I've done the whole thing. I loved it so much I'm waiting for the expansions. Runaway hit of the year for me Yeah. I've made the decision to never trade in a game I liked ever again. I realized that I like having the collection, and I always want to go back. Got me thinking: what is your biggest trade in regret? And what games have you purchased multiple times? Personally, I will never stop kicking myself for trading in Bioshock Infinite, Marvel Ultimate Alliance II, and probably Kingdoms of Amalur. I have purchased more than a few games twice - either to replace a hastily traded in game or because of a console upgrade -the aforementioned Amalur, Mass Effect 2 and 3, Injustice, Tomb Raider, MVC2, and Fallout all come to mind and make me feel like I am a jackass.
