Hey guys, thanks for answering my question on European comics. My all-time favorite are the early Asterix comics (when they were still written by René Goscinny) like Asterix and Cleopatra, Asterix and the Brits, Asterix at the Olympics and The Instagator. I still laugh my ass off when I read those old books. Also, Tintin's Captain Haddock is one of the best comic characters ever

I just got around to listening to this episode, and HOLY CRAP YOU TOTALLY READ MY QUESTION!! Thank you much, guys! I did a triple-take when my iPod suddenly seemed to be addressing me by name, as that's something that's definitely never happened before. Trip and a half!
I myself am really digging Zero, and although the different-artist-for-each-issue thing has been a bit jarring now and then (the art for issue #6, for instance, really didn't do it for me), the brash, experimental creativity of it and the extremely interesting direction that the story seems to be heading more-than make up for the issue or two so far that I haven't warmed to as much, art-wise. The reveal at the end of issue #5 alone has been quite worth the ride, and i'm very much looking forward to seeing where young Mr Kot is going to take us, no matter who's illustrating.
Anyway, thanks again, I love listening to you guys muse and wax comixophical, and keep up the good work!
Tony

Thor: God of Thunder (Kiss) Moon Knight: 20th Century Schizoid Man (King Crimson) Aquaman: In the Wake of Poseidon (King Crimson) Human Torch: I'm On Fire (Springsteen) Invisible Girl: Invisible Touch (Genesis)
So, great show. I listen every ep and love. I did notice that during the Captain Marvel #1 discussion you did something you've been doing a lot of lately. "It's a great issue, but I just have one problem with it ..." And then you spend a very long time talking about the one problem.
A small point. Really enjoy you guys, thanks.

Surprised no one mentioned that in the Marvel movies, Iron Man has basically used Shoot To Thrill as entrance music (even hacking the Quinjet to start playing it on its speakers.
A few of my own:
The Spectre: The Man Comes Around - Johnny Cash Deathstroke: The Razor's Edge - AC-DC Deadpool: A Boy Named Sue - Johnny Cash Captain Marvel: Gravity - Embassy Magneto: Cult of Personality - Living Color
