Aside from Talking Comics & The Missfits, I love listening to Comics Alternative & the Final Issue Podcast! I believe Final Issue is fairly new. I listen to quite a few non-comic podcasts as well! Final Issue is pretty New but the people who run it have all done podcasts in some form or other(most on Image Addiction). Loving it so far.

I recently discovered Oh No, Ross and Carrie - a light, fun, and respectful skeptic discussion of spirituality, science, and the paranormal. Its part of the Maximum Fun network.

have to put in a vote for Cracked. That show always gets me thinking. Otherwise I mostly listen to most of the TC podcasts.

I hope a touch of thematic self-promotion isn't too out of line. Very much inspired by my love for this show and for the other podcasts I listen to, I've been lucky enough to have been invited on the Empire's Comics Podcast three of the last five episodes (#s 9, 11, and 13), and we're looking to continue to record weekly every Monday (releasing Tuesdays or Wednesdays) and keep this train moving. It's my shop's podcast, Empire's Comics Vault in Sacramento, CA, and as such it's short (30 minutes is the goal), all ages (no swearing, which isn't easy), and frequently ties in to events and whatnot at the shop. We're just starting out really, so growing pains are to be expected, but I think we're starting to find our groove a bit, and I would be honored and most grateful if anyone 'round these parts would give it a try. We've recently covered the Daredevil Netflix show, FCBD, underrated books (current), the Archie KS, and All Ages books. My hope is that we keep rolling and maybe eventually I'll be promoted from "frequent guest/regular" to full-fledged "co-host"; a guy can dream, right? Thanks! reviews.empirescomics.com/search/label/EOP

Well, after leaving the gaming podcast I used to be on (previously mentioned), I've taken up having a monthly co-host spot on the Gamers in Beta podcast.
This week I also launched my own podcast with a close friend that is a book club style comics podcast called "the Trade Waiters" that has a focus on making comics accessible for everybody. I'm fairly experienced with reading comics (I'm certainly no encyclopedia of knowledge, though) and my friend doesn't read comics. Having me as a helping hand and my friend who is new is a way to make it a relate-able experience for folks who are on the outside and don't know where to start. I pitch a few comics and he picks whichever sounds the most interesting, then the next show we discuss it and pitch another batch.

I am looking for a daily Tech news podcast that is more just the headlines and a little info and only runs for about 15 - 20 min. There are a lot of great hour or more ones out there but I just want to hear the headlines then look up what I want to out of it. My day is already taken up with lots of listening to other podcasts.

One of the podcasts I listen to is the BBC Free Thinking discussion. I'd recommend it for anyone interested in culture and arts. Not usually comic related but last year there was a discussion on the history of Wonder Woman. This week there was an interview with Daniel Clowes, which included him mentioning being a fan of Steve Ditko.
