Well.....SPOILERS!!!!!
-Luthor and Co infiltrate the Watchtower. -Captain Cold and Black Manta find the prisoner, Manta kills Earth-3 Alfred. -Grid at the instructions of Ultraman put Dick on a time bomb machine that is hooked to his heart. -Luthor decides to stop Dick's heart, while Batman and Catwoman are busy with Bizarro (Lex says he can save Dick). -The prisoner turns out to be Alexander Luthor....BUT....he is also Earth-3 Shazam (Mazahs rather) and kills Johnny Quick... -Ohh and Volthoom's Ring found a host.
So yeah, insane! I figured it was him all along but was shocked at the fact that he has that power! And I bet Dick survives but is maybe damages somehow so he will be on the sidelines for a while (or a coma).

I haven't read #6 yet but for people who have do you reckon it will be tied up by next issue? Not completely. We haven't seen anything about getting the League back or that but he could wrap it up.

I was so impressed by the Earth 3 shazam reveal - we all guessed that the tied and hooded prisoner was Alexander Luthor, but was really cool.. it is a must read!!

Can anyone tell me when exactly I'll be able to pick up Justice League again? Where ya know, the story is about the members of the Justice League. This event has been going on for like a year and I refuse to read it because I don't care about villians or the multiverse. Plus wasn't the New 52 an attempt to clean this crazy confusing multiverse continuity up? Would really just like to read a good Justice League story. Sorry.

I believe this upcoming issue will have Cyborg and the Metal Men face Grid (I presume while Luthor and Co are facing the rest of the Crime Syndicate and Mazahs)

I think Forever Evil has been the best new 52 Justice League story. (followed by throne of atlantis and world's most dangerous. I think #30 you can pick JL up again becasue it is the start of the new team (Batman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, Captain Cold, SHAZAM, Cyborg and Aquaman. also possibly Jessica Cruz as of #31)

Your missing out on something special my man. Best event I have ever read. The tie ins in the JL books have been awesome. Give it a shot, I think if you miss this you might as well drop the JL books all together. With the ramifications of this event I think you'll be lost moving forward, at least for a while anyway.

Since that post I have caught myself up on the story and have to say that it is pretty awesome. I also enjoyed the character development in the JL tie ins, particular the more recent ones. It is quite violent though..
