I agree with Fraction on the Flash, but I think seeing another artist would be interesting. Like maybe Sean Murphy, or if we're going to go way out there I think that Rob Guillory could do a cool Flash. Rob and Matt would be a good mix I think. the more stuff sean murphy does, the better off we'll all be

Ever since Punk Rock Jesus, I've been following any and everything Murphy does. He's been killing it on The Wake. It'd be interesting to see his take on some of the big characters, Marvel or DC

Also Matt Fraction & David Aja on The Flash & Kelly Sue DeConnick on Justice League & with Amy Reeder on art for Wonder Woman Well this would be just about perfect! Also agree with everyone saying Snyder/Capullo on an X-book. Geoff Johns on an X-book with Manupul doing art would be pretty sweet at well. And Sean Murphy can illustrate all the books.

I'd love to see a Jeph Loeb written Batman, with art from Sean Murphy. That would be pretty sweet, I reckon!

For some reason everyone I think of is some one coming in to work on a DC title. DC could really do with freshening things up and utilizing the many excellent facets of the DCU. I would love to see Hickman on some Legion books and/or DnA tackling the Green Lantern titles. On art duties id love Ryan Sook interiors for legion and I think Olivier Coipel would be an awesome fit.

Grant Morrison needs to write a Dr. Strange book! That is a combination I would love. Oh yeah - and this makes me think I'd love to see a parallel Marvel Knights Warren Ellis Doctor Strange companion!

How about Jeff Lemire on Fantastic Four? His 'Underwater Welder' had so much family emotion. Put that behind a FF run, and I see tears at the end. Also, Hickman on Star Wars or GotG. He has big picture arcs that only a galactic level will do justice to.

Heyo,
As long as we are imagining here I'm going with a book that's not in existence right now - Gail Simone writing the Sinestro book talked about in another thread.
She just has such a good feel for characters, getting a great balance of action story and personal story in her work. I really think that's the kind of balance a Sinestro book (ie. a villain book) would need to thrive.

I'd like to see Brian Wood write a Demon Knights book. Given his work on Conan and Northlanders, I think he could write some great stories in this setting.

I'd like to see Brian tackle a DC property like DK or The Outsiders or something of that sorts. He always does great with those kind of teams.

Kelly Sue and Phil Noto on Moon Knight or Spider-Man. I think Spidey needs a touch of female equality that Kelly Sue could really give it. I'm sick of all the male baddies and the "damsel in distress" bulls$(#.
And Phil Noto is just awesome.
