Really nice collection/room, love that Star Wars #68. I don't have my own man cave/nerd den yet since I have 3 other roommates so right now its all in my bedroom. Once I do get a place all to myself though I'll have one of my own.

Dollar Tree. $1 each. 100 pack of black card stock for $5 from Walmart and $3 for a pack of picture velcro Command Strips to hang (hangs 2 frames). The velcro is nice because I can pull off a frame, change the comic and rehang the same frame. I got the idea from Pinterest. I heard that Ikea has $1 document frames as well but the guy who posted didnt have an Ikea near him so he found them at Dollar Tree. They are just regular 8.5x11 document frames. www.brilliantlyeasy.com/comic-book-frame/

This is brilliant, thanks for sharing that link Your room looks fantastic! I'd love to have the space to arrange something like that. I did clear a lot of room in the garage for comic box storage and there's also a sofa out there, but it's a bit cold in the winter! It's also a constant battle trying to avoid other stuff getting dumped out there as well.

Those bookshelves look great. Thats one of my long term goals is to create a library for myself and my family to have and pass along. Hopefully they will get as much enjoyment out of them that I did! Thanks for sharing!

When you hang your books on a wall like that they get exposed to light for likely long periods of time. Certainly longer than if you were just pulling them out to read them. Maybe this wouldn't affect the new books as much as some of the other stuff, but I would imagine the light will eventually start to have a detrimental effect on your comics. I am guessing they aren't in direct sunlight, but wouldn't normal household lighting have a similar, though obviously slower, effect? - Beau
