I think one facet of the digital age of comics that I think is definitely worth exploring is that of the web comic. We as a comic community never have to look far to find a wonderful web series to enjoy, but one of the benefits of said community is discovering all sorts of new and wonderful series thanks to word of mouth. So that's what I want this post to be about. What are your favorite web comics and which ones are ones that you read but maybe someone else might not? For me: Adventures of Superhero Girl (thanks Stephanie) The GuttersValidationJL8Gunnerkrig CourtHark, A Vagrant

Here's a webcomic that I like, thats just a little odd. Bearmageddon . Its a great webcomic written by Ethan Nicolle, who is one half of the team that makes Axe Cop. It might be a little strange for some people, but I enjoy it.

It's not as good as it used to be but Ctrl Alt Delete was a great read, and I'd recommend it to anyone to start from the beginning.

Freakangels. I admit, I'm a Warren Ellis addict, but this is an amazing series and you can read the whole thing for free.

I can't remember if this has been mentioned on the podcast, but I've been enjoying Greg Rucka and Rick Burchett's Lady Sabre and the Pirates of the Ineffable Aether. A really fun, swashbuckling adventure. I think there is/was a kickstarter for a printed volume. www.ineffableaether.com/

Was really happy to see the Kickstarter as successful as it was.

Freakangels, Battlepug, Abominable CC, JL8 and Lady Sabre are all amazing! I also really enjoyed Kukuburi (by Ramon Perez), Cleopatra in Space, Wormworld Saga, Spacetrawler, Spindrift, Outfoxed, Remind, SwordQuest and Runners Universe. Been meaning to get into Adventures of Superhero Girl after hearing such good things about it on the show. Will get on that ASAP!
