With the flood of new game announcements at E3, I'd like to hear what really stood out to people, and what upcoming games you are most excited about. With so much shown these last couple days here's a full list of what was shown at E3.My most anticipated: -Horizon: Zero Dawn - This new IP from Guerrilla just blew me away. Set 1000 years in the future, after humanity has built itself back up from a mass extinction event, tribal groups hunt down the robotic monsters that have seemingly replaced humans as the rulers of earth. -Fallout 4 - I mean there isn't much that needs to be said about this one, but the new gameplay shown at E3 looked incredible. And tower defense-like settlement building is right up my alley. -Final Fantasy 7 remake - Did not see this coming, but the original was amazing, and the only Final Fantasy that I could ever get into. Can't wait to see how this turns out. -The Last Guardian - Can't believe this finally got shown again! Shadow of the Colossus was one of the all time best games ever made, so excited to see this. -Dreams - New Media Molecule game. Have no idea what to think about this dream creation game. Just an absolute crazy idea. Other mentions: Star Wars Battlefront, Tomb Raider, Uncharted 4, South Park, No Mans Sky, and so many others! |

Ico felt like a more complete game to me but both are among my all time favorite games. I was super excited to see the Last Guardian show its face again, but then I realized they did that a couple years in a row 5 years ago and we're still waiting... still looks like a great game though  |

Yes I did play Ico also, but preferred Shadow of the Colossus personally, though I can see what you are saying about Ico being a more complete game. Colossus was a little one dimensional, but that was alright with me because its one dimension, fighting huge monsters, was utterly fantastic.
It seems like Last Guardian is finally on track this time, though I guess it did 5 years ago too when they showed it. I'd be interested to hear what has been happening with Team Ico all these years to make this take so long.

yeah don't get me wrong, I loved Shadow of the Colossus. Ico jsut gets a tiny edge for me for being a little more than a series of (freaking awesome) boss fights.  I read an interview with Ueda and he said Last Guardian is supposed to be Ico and Shadow bred together for the best of both previous games and it sure looks that way from the footage. personally I'll just say that I don't currently own a PS4; if this is doesn't come out on PS3 I will scrape my pennies up and buy a PS4 for that game alone (nothing like paying $460 for a single game  ) |

This E3 was one of the better ones i've seen.
Some amazing announcements like the FF7 Remake(Its probably gonna take at least two or three years before it comes out, but still...WHAT THE FUCK?)Last Guardian, New South Park game, and Xbox One backwards compatibility.Don't have a Xbox One yet, but thanks to this announcement i'm definitely gonna get one in the near future.Also because i want to play Cuphead on Xbox One.
Fallout 4 looked awesome, i'm glad its coming out this year.
No Mans Sky looked promising ever since i first saw it last year, but i still have a lot of doubts about this game, almost looks too good to be true.
Game of the Show for me was Horizon(go Dutch guys!!!).Game looks absolutely beautiful and that gameplay looked amazing.I became excited for this when it was revealed during the Sony press conference, and that was before i knew this will be an open world RPG!After i found that out this became Game of the show for me.This cant come soon enough for me!
Probably forgetting some stuff, but this was what stood out for me.
