with issue six of convergence it really picked up for me. It took a bit but it's all coming to get her nicely for me a and I'm enjoying it. Loved issue six.
I was let down by issue two of green arrow. Issue one started brilliantly, but the way it wrapped up left me rolling my eyes. I enjoyed elements of it though.
Steel by Louise Simpson was fantastic. Fun compelling story that had me caring about the lead characters. Masterful writing by Mrs dimension and fun art by June britain that excelled the story. Loved it.
Speed force has caught some flack from some of my favorite podcasters at the flashback pod. Everything they hated, I loved. Goes to show you that what your expecting before hand can really have an impact on your feelings after you read it. They cursed the art, while I praised it. Different strokes for different folks. I've read it ten times now, I thought it was brilliant. Fastback was so fun, and they made me worry and care for him in a matter of two issues. I'm so happy with it.
I will review more of this weeks issues in a little bit. I have my entire stack to read today. I'm gonna start now. Be back in a bit.
Hope you guys are opening up to convergence and enjoying this stuff like I am!

The first one felt exactly like old Green Arrow and was so much fun, issue 2 was a mess.
The biggest surprise for me from all of the tie-ins was Catwoman. One of the best ones I've read. Kind of wish Justin Gray was writing it full time.

im gonna have to pick up catwoman then.
The art of GA was great! Rags did a good job. I just dont get how issue 1 was so good, and issue 2 was the opposite.

So anyone read Convergence 8 yet?
Just deleted my post as many might not have read or might not want to be spoiled but looks like the entire DCU History is now available for creators.

i Loved 8, in so many ways. Im still confused as to how it effects the new 52 world. Although some HUGE changes are coming for earth 2 that have me very excited. Earth 2 is about to get really good guys, i have a feeling it will be the source for alot of my dc reading

I concur Sir! Earth 2 is looking great, now all I need is for them to bring Ginger-Wally-Flash into Earth 2 and I will be one happy DC camper

I really hope this leads to some solo Earth 2 character titles. Especially Superman. Great character and even better costume. Been hanging out for an action figure of him since his appearance but so far there's only been the first Earth 2 Superman with that horrible neckline.

Yes, I'm really interested in the Dick Grayson of Earth 2 - Single Parent, will he keep the suit? if not will he be crippled now Earth 2 is disconnected from Telos? will he become his worlds version of Oracle? lots of opportunities here.
