So, did anybody read the first issue?I just did, and i freakin loved it!
When this got announced i thought this could be something great, and so far it has exceeded my expectations! Love the art by Erica Henderson, and i thought the writing was smart, pretty damn funny, and better than i expected.I don't know if the print version had this, but my digital version had these tiny words on the lower part of almost every page, and most of them are hillarious(especially the Cat Thor one cracked me up!)
I will definitely continue to have this on my pull list, and if it stays this good i might just have a new favorite comic! If you are a fan of something different, something light and funny, you should pick this one up, in my opinion.

And the print version has those captions on the bottom, as well. I almost missed them but really glad I caught 'em. I've been a fan of the character since she popped into New Avengers, and I was really excited about this one's release. So glad it didn't disappoint. I will definitely keep reading!

I really enjoyed this, and I actually dislike squirrels, so that's saying something! Loved the light, fun tone and how she defeated the villain. I'll definitely pick up #2.

Yikes, I just saw that #1 only hit 41k on the sales charts. I wonder if it does well digitally? I've heard a people speak very passionately of it, but with numbers like that it can't be long for this world unless it picks up momentum.

Mmm, that's sad to hear, but i guess it was to be expected with a book like this.I'm definitely going to keep supporting it, and i hope more people will.

I love The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. It's so much fun. Issue #3 was my favourite so far. The twitter convo on the intro page alone had me in tears. And Chipmunk Hunk?! I laughed so hard! I also love how kick-ass her roommate is and that she is too clever to not notice who SG's true identiy is.
It's great to have something fun and carelss for a change in the otherwise often grim and violent comic verse. The writing is spot on and the art is amazing! It's a great all ages book that I would by my niece without having to ponder if it's maybe to hard to understand or too grim for her.

Trisha, You're absolutely right, and it's the tone of books like this, (the late, lamented) She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, etc. that give me the respite between all the sturm ung drang of the regular books! And without spoiling anything...just wait until next issue! For all of you not reading this series, you're not going to want to be behind on your Squirrel Girl when all the mess comes down!

Issue 3 was good, but for some reason i liked the first two a bit more. This issue was only becoming really interesting for me at the last couple of pages.I loved what she says at the end, she's just fearless!

Man, this book! I loved issue 4, might be my favourite so far.Story was hillarious(that first page!), i loved Doreen's interactions with Galactus(Nuts!), and even though i liked Erica Hendersons art in the previous issues i think this was her best work so far. Cant say enough good things about this one!

I was literally laughing out loud while reading this in bed, wife kept looking at me like I was foolish. I screenshot a page and sent it to her and she totally understood. Issue 4 was just so great, I just want more.
