These are my personal top five.
1. Alchemy Index - Thrice 2. In Rainbows - Radiohead 3. De-Loused in the Comatorium - The Mars Volta 4. Stadium Arcadium - Red Hot Chili Peppers 5. Billy Jack - Honey Honey
This was a really difficult list to make since i feel compelled to put music i consider important in music history(The Beatles, Miles Davis, Pink Floyd, Pat Metheny). Most of my top five would not make that list but I went with it anyway based on if I could only listen to five albums for the rest of time they would be my pick.

I laughed so hard when I read this. My next visit to Home Depot is gonna be hilarious. Raul, Who knows, perhaps Home Depot will open up a new department in their stores, catering to the "trade"? If they had straitjacket demos instead of power tools, I know that I'd be more likely to visit! Lol make it happen Home Depot.

I agree! They seem to do a better job of this in movies based on novels. Anything is better than nothing. Raul, You're so right about marketing of those novel-to-film adaptations! Just wait until "50 Shades of Grey" comes out, they'll be book displays in every store in America, even hardware stores...which makes sense as I think of it, what with the ropes and chains and stuff! I laughed so hard when I read this. My next visit to Home Depot is gonna be hilarious.

I read it and loved it. I noticed the avengers side of the marvel universe does a better job of including mutants all the time but the x books seem to only be about mutants and their struggles. It was nice to see someone who's not a mutant play a major role in an x book. I liked spider-mans sense of humor and him poking fun at how dark these kids outlook on life is. I think they can learn a lot from him and it will be fun to see it all play out. Definitely going to pick up issue #2. I hope everyone else likes it.

Name: Raul Location: Temecula California How I got into comics: I was a kid in the 90's and watched every marvel/dc cartoon and was obsessed. It got me into comics like hulk, x-men, superman, spide-rman. I didn't really get what was going on as a lot of those books where not intended for kids my age but i loved the characters and would just stare at the art. I stopped reading in 4th grade and didn't start back up until 2 years ago with all the new marvel movies coming out (one of those guys). What I'm reading: Low, Southern Bastards, Saga, Silver Surfer, Inhuman, Moon Knight, Iron Fist, Detective Comics, Harley Quinn, Batgirl, Teen Titans Prized geek possession: new to comics and not much of a collector Welcome to the Forum, Raul! If you hang around these Forums, you'll be acquiring all sorts of prized possessions before too long! ps) The movies should be the engine for so many new readers being introduced to comics (or noodged into returning!), it's a shame there isn't more cross-promotion! I agree! They seem to do a better job of this in movies based on novels. Anything is better than nothing.
