Another week means another round of comics! What were the ones from this week's crop that stood out for you? Here are mine! Memetic #1 (of 3) - My review just went up a couple of days ago on Talking Comics. Long story short? I loved it! Catwoman #35 - LOVING this new creative team and the direction they're taking with the character. Selina is top notch as the "Kingpin" of Gotham. And her verbally smacking down Bats is always a fun sight to see. Wicked + the Divine #5 - WOAH. Just woah. I actually screamed "WHAT?!?" at the cafe when I read this on Wednesday. Suffice to say, shit goes down and I'm FINALLY completely sold on the series.

Book of The Week has to be Zero #11 this time around, for me. Kicked off the third arc with some of the best art in the series, to date, and by revving back up the kinetic momentum in a very effective way that was reminiscent of some of the earlier, more traditional spy-action-packed issues. As has been the case all year, I absolutely cannot wait to see where this is going, and it continues to change gears so smoothly, and surprise me with its consistent vitality and utterly unique and creative overall arc. Brilliant book; I wish I had someone to properly chat up about it, but it seems it's really flying under the proverbial radar (i'm still sitting at a slightly-ironic 0% success rate in getting any of my friends to read it). Thank glob it's not at Marvel or DC, or it never would've survived this long.
Honorable Mentions to She Hulk, which is rocking a phenomenally interesting and entertaining arc right now, and the series finale of Starlight, which wrapped up that story well, with joyful Flash-Gordon-y action and an awful lot of heart. Good stuff.

She-Hulk #9 - A lot of talking and not a lot of action in this one, which makes sense because its about the trial of Cap.But i still enjoyed this very much, story is interesting and i like Pulido's art.Only a couple more issues...
Starlight #6 - The last issue.I loved this series from beginning to end. This issue was over pretty quick for me(especially for a 40 page book)but i liked all of it.Art was absolutely beautiful and i liked the ending very much.Even though i'm usually someone who wants to see good books like this one continue i'm fine with this one ending, and i'm fine if its never going to get a sequel or whatever. These six issues were good enough for me.

Avengers #37 was my favorite this week, I really like the polarizing characterization throughout the book for the staple heroes. Captain America - Super Soldier Serum = New Nick Fury.

Agree on Starlight and Memetic, by far my two favorite books of the week. Next is She-Hulk. then Avengers #37.

Memetic was book of the week for me. Great book, another winner from Boom. She-Hulk was excellent, not a huge fan of Pulidos art, but it's grown on me a bit and I particularly like the grey flashback panels Starlight wrapped up perfectly. Hugely enjoyable book. Dead Boy Detectives, Lazarus and Multiversity the Just were also very strong.

Good stuff. Such an amazing book. Great quiet moments punctuated by some brutal action. I thought the idea of having different artist on each issue was a neat concept. In practice it is amazing how each brings their unique style to the different parts of the story.

It was something that both fascinated and worried me a bit when I started reading the series, but 11 issues in (meaning 11 different artists), i'm realizing that there were only maybe two issues with art that I didn't really care for, and even in those I find myself much more willing to enjoy the art anyways, because I know it's only for a single issue. Does that make any sense? This book has just totally captivated me, plain and simple.

I agree on Zero. It's been fabolous. I like that Kot lets the art do most of the work, too. The artists maintain somewhat of a similar look for the characters while still staying within their own styles. It's a great book.
I do find it ridiculous that Apple continues the trend of not giving a lick about extreme violence but not allowing any scenes of sex on their platform.
