Just finished Wilds End #6, the last issue in the first arc. I really enjoyed it and am excited that INJ Culbard posted on twitter that they're working on a second arc, hooray!

That is exciting news!!! I agree! I had thought it was just a mini-series or a graphic novel that they split up into single issues, so I'm really excited that they will continue the story! Did you read their series Dark Ages that Dark Horse published?

Hey how are you liking big trouble in little China and escape from New York? I'm intrigued by those two. Tomorrow is pay day so I can go pick up my books tomorrow. But I thinking wanna place an order for those two books. I'm a huge fan of the movies

Big troubles is really close to the movie feel wise and very much like Eric Powell's Goon. Escape from New York I'm sticking with hoping it gets better if not soon I'll probably add it to the short list of BOOM! stuff that's not my bag.

Ok thanks. I think I'm going to take the plunge and order them. I'm trying to support more indie books. I'm finding that boom releases books of my taste more so than image does right now

Giant Days #1 was fantastic - the best new humour / slice of life comic I've read in a long time. Wonderful cartooning from Lissa Tremain and really sharp and funny scripting too. Straight onto my subscribe list.

Straight onto my subscribe list. Giant Days was a big surprise for me and I'll definitely be picking it up for the 6 issue run. It reminds me a lot of Girls on HBO. I also dare to say the Boom! has cemented its self in my personal rankings as the 4th best publisher. 1. Image 2. Marvel 3. DC 4. Boom 5. Valiant

With their Kaboom! imprint I would think they have the most diverse publishing schedule of any publisher.
