So the big announcement for Arrow this weekend was Ra's Al Ghul as the main villain for season 3 of Arrow. And from the teaser I'd about say everyone here squeeled with excitement to the point of shattering glass like I did.
Also Stephen Amell made some comments that really changed my perspective of what they're doing as a whole - They already have the beginnings of the Justice League on TV - Green Arrow, Flash, Black Canary, Atom.... Seeing as they've jumped from "realistic" to superpowers, I wouldn't be surprised if it kept going from there. Depending on where the movies go I think Martian Manhunter could get involved in the TV universe (especially after Goyers comments on him). Half detective series half sci fi.
Where does everyone else predict this universe will or could go?

I think it could really spark something akin to what Marvel Studios is doing with their multiple franchises. It all hinges on the success of the Flash and the continuing success of Arrow. The grounding "realistic" aspect of Arrow has done an excellent job of grabbing a new audience and the Flash is accessible enough that I feel like the mythos won't hinder it too much.
I'd love for a Birds of Prey spinoff to happen because I don't want Sara Lance to be "fridged" or killed off in order for Laurel to become the Black Canary. Arrow's universe is getting so big that a good enough amount of screen time for all their amazing recurring/guest characters seems almost impossible. It could be cool to have a Justice League of America/United roster in a number of shows on the CW but I doubt they'd have too many of them.
That Martian Manhunter idea (part detective, part scifi series) sounds like a really cool idea!
