Ahh Wednesdays- I start my day by sleeping in until 10 or so (since that's when my shop, Vault Of Midnight, opens) and walking down whenever I get done waking up. My shop is within walking distance so I put on the podcast and start walking. I pick up my books from my box, and depending on how many I got I usually look around for a trade to read along with them. Then I go to the coffee shop around the corner and get a Green Earl Grey tea (I can't drink coffee cause of health reasons). I read all my books and drink tea endlessly until I have to go to work at 4. My work is across the street from said coffee shop so I read right up until it's time to go to work. It's not a bad day, ever. That sounds kinda awesome.

Typically I wake up and head to work, do the whole 8-5, fight traffic home and spend a couple hours with my kids until it's bed time. Once they are tucked in and all the stories are read I head over to the phone and start browsing for the new releases. Hooray digital!

Wake up, check for news stories, do prep work, go to the store at 11 AM, come home, read, do work, read, rinse repeat until 6 when I record a comic book public access show

I'd consider myself a Wednesday warrior through and through, and I've maintained my weekly ritual for about 2+ years. When I was going to school it was really convenient for me, because I would have one class in the morning on Wednesdays. I'd hop on the train while listening to the that days' Talking Comics, naturally, and the comic shop was right across station when I got off. Now, my Wednesdays consist of getting to the shop much later in the evening after work. This ritual has gotten to the point where I start to get slightly angsty if I'm not able get there on Wednesday. But that's mainly because my shop has a habit of missing some titles that I pull, and they usually go quickly.

At work in the morning of new release day as I'm drinking my coffee I'll download all the digital stuff im going to buy. I won't read any of it until much later unless....it's TWD. Why that one? I have no idea. It's not even my favorite series. It's just a little tease for later. After work I I swing by my local shop, pick up the rest. Go home and get my son ready for bed. After that I can finally sit down with a snack in my east chair and dig in. It's the best hour of the week! * cough * defect to Tor * cough cough * We'll learn your name, too. *ahem*

Before I severed ties with my LCS, I'd pick up my books and some lunch around 12. I'd read 3 or so books after eating, and them take a nap. Wednesdays I had off, so it was glorious. In the evening, I'd read another 3-4 before bed.
