What do you think of them?
What is your favourite?
Have you seen the extended editions?
and after Peter Jackson does the hobbit would you like to see him do the similarion (not in 3 movies)

I don't know if the Silmarillion would even be possible. It would probably make a better TV series on a network like HBO or something.

Love all of them including The Hobbit films, The Two Towers is probably my favorite.

Fellowship of The Ring is probably in my Top 5 films of all time.
I love them no matter how long they get. I can live in that world forever. I've greatly enjoyed The Hobbit films as well.

When the last Hobbit film is released, I expect to see a Lord of the Rings/Hobbit Extended Cut collection of Blu-Ray. I will sit and devote an entire day to watching all 6 films. I love them that much.

I love them that much. You mean 2 days to watch them Well it'd be roughly ~1235 minutes long (calculating the lengths of all the extended editions plus the lengths of the other two films) which is 20 hours and 35 minutes. If I started at midnight, I could watch all of them in one day. I've actually put some serious thought into this. Of course the earliest it could happen would be November of 2015 (when the extended There And Back Again is released) so its still a ways away, but I'd love to marathon it.

The only reason I havent purchased either of The Hobbit films is because I'm holding out for a Hobbit/LotR deluxe set which I'm sure will be out. Similar to the Star Wars one.

You mean your not falling for the "double dip" tactic? lol Only one franchise tricks me into that and thats Star Wars. I have the original trilogy on VHS and all 6 on reg dvd and blue ray. Works out well since I can still watch RotJ without having to see Christensen in it....

Love The Lord of the Rings trilogy, did NOT like the first Hobbit movie but really enjoyed the second one. I think they should have done the Hobbit in two movies instead of three, first one felt like a lot of filler
