Did you celebrate International Tabletop Day this year? This week we share some of fondest memories of playing games like Dungeons & Dragons, Zombie Dice, Munchkin, Boss Monster, and … wait for it … Stratego! Yeah, buddy! You like that, right? We knew you would. That’s because Stratego is awesome!
A brand new episode of Talking Games is here! This week, your hosts Steve Seigh, Justin Townson, and Rob Neumeyer get together to discuss a multitude of video game titles and share some of their best (and most bitter) memories from the days of tabletop gaming. Also this week: Justin’s prayers are answered when we learn that The Last of Us is coming to the PS4, Rob laces up for FIFA, and Steve shares his thoughts on the beautiful complexity and heart of Thomas Was Alone on the PS3 and Vita. Want more, do you? We also talk about Assassins’ Creed: Black Flag, Bioshock: Infinite ‘s Burial At Sea, Disney Infinity’s Stage 2.0, Goat Simulator, Smite, the promise of a new Borderlands, and so much more!
The Grandmasters of Gameland are back for this week's Talking Games Podcast.
Are you as stoked for The Last of Us on PS4 as Justin? (I know I am!) What are your memories of tabletop gaming?
Discuss all this and everything else the team talk about on the show, right here!!

Great episode guys!
I actually never got into table top games very much growing up, in fact this year I started playing D&D for the first time and I absolutely love it. For someone who has a really creative mind but cant put the creativity to use well (Drawing, etc.) this is a great way to let it out. Steve I'm with you on the rolls though... Just last Sunday in our campaign I attacked a npc and rolled a 1... Crit fail... My attack hit a teammate so I had to roll again for damage, rolled a 20.... Used a hero point (We're playing Pathfinder) to reroll again to not kill him, rolled another 20.... Yup it was one of those days!
There's two things I cant wait to see info on and thats Evolve and Borderlands, so excited for both of those games!

We're so glad that you're enjoying it. Man, those rolls, right? They can be so harsh. I've totally been in that situation before where I've accidentally killed one of my party members - I got some nasty looks that evening for sure. My friends and I are just now starting up on D & D again but we'll see how far we get. I really do miss it and would prefer to play with a better group of people than I had available to me back in the day. Ha, listening to it now, I sound really bitter about those times on the podcast. But that's alright. Comedic value, right? Anyway man, thanks again for being such an awesome part of the community and podcast.
