I don't know what everyone else's opinion on the matter is but I have been very pleased with what marvel has been doing from publishing standpoint with there IP (regardless of the stories)
1) Free Digital Copies for all $3.99 comics and soon to be $2.99 comics as well 2) Going to a magazine model in numbers Example: Daredevil 2014 to Daredevil 2014 3) Netflix TV Show Deal 4) Marvel Movies 5) Big Hero 6 Animated Movie 6) Marvel Live Show 7) Marvel Unlimited (not great but getting there) 8) Agents of Shield (not great but getting there) 9) Inhuman solve for the mutant problem in movies 10) Marvel Monday and Friday Sales on Comixology
Finally, taking a chance on things that are not your standard super hero stuff....Hawkeye, Black Widow, Moon Knight, Ms Marvel
Ok off my soup box

I just signed up for Marvel Unlimited (got it for $0.99 for the first month to give it a try but think it's great so far. If I enjoy it this much after only an hour I might actually consider the Plus sub

Marvel's really had me happy the last few years with the way they're doing things. Overall they're doing everything at a pretty high quality rate, while I dont watch AoS I have heard it is progressively getting better.

Spoiler warning!!!!
So currently in movies FOX owns X-men and with the concept of mutants.
Stan lee invented mutants so you didn't have to make every hero have an accident or be some sort of super soldier, god etc and give them powers
Jump forward to today in order to add people like scarlet witch or quicksilver into the avengers you have to make another origin for them or come up with that is like a mutant but isn't
At the end of infinity the inhuman spores blew up on earth giving random people powers similar to mutants
I bet good money that the marvel studios are going to solve there mutant problem by calling them inhumans to do the same thing Stan lee did with mutants in comics

Well that is actually pretty awesome. So it all boils down to not wanting fox to sue them lol. Can Marvel still use the term mutant in the comics or is it just an issue of the films?

Just an issue for films, but it is good they are trying to make both match
Xmen universe is pretty seperate in comics so it kind of makes sense that they are seperate in movies
Just need a way to explain mutants that might be part of the avengers
