I'm interested in reading some Gravel too, but even the TPB are pretty pricey, we're talking $65 for 3 volumes. Maybe do some back issue bin surfing. You may luck out and find the individual issues cheaper. Unless you prefer trades which I completely understand. I did find a few market sellers on Amazon that are selling the trades for about $10 not including shipping. The trades would probably be about $14 after that.

We have something else in the works, but maaaaybe it'll become the break music or something. Thanks so much for subscribing!

I enjoyed the discussion - like some of you, Warren Ellis is a name I knew but hadn't read until I picked up Moon Knight this week, and it was good to get an overview of his work and some recommendations. Planetary definitely sounds like one I'd like.

I am so, so excited that you all liked this episode so much! Warren Ellis is so special to me, my first comic writer experience and still a favorite. And these comments confirm why I thought he would be a good topic, because the work is so varied and extensive that there is plenty for everyone to love (or hate). Thanks for all the feedback!

What I really want to know is why DC hasn't put out deluxe editions of Transmet. Those would be so nice to have. Plus the eventual day when my kid finds and reads them, and then asks, "What's a shit eyes dad?"

They're available on Comixology now! Digital???...that's scary....I don't know if I'm ready Hah! Sorry, I've been reading for awhile, so I forget that there are still readers out there who don't. It's been friendlier on my budget. Can't afford to pick up every series I'm interested in, so I read digital first, then buy in print if I love it. I also favor TPB, so digital allows me to keep up on a series while I wait for the trade to come out.

The things I really love I buy in print and put on my shelves.
