so it looks like David Finch's wife will be writing Wonder Woman. This does intrigue me enough to give it a few issues having never read anything she's ever done. Nice that a woman is writing the book. We can always use more of that....Meredith Finch's only comics credit does not exactly inspire confidence, though, in how she might approach the character (I have not read this book, or know what other work she has done, so perhaps I am not giving her a fair shake) www.comicbookdb.com/issue.php?ID=296626"R", It's hard not to be trepidatious when Ms. Finch's other credit is for a book published by that bastion of respectful presentation of female characters, Zenescope! Maybe she's the exception over there? Even if she is, can she save that artwork?

I love the current run but seeing Finch taking over is disappointing. The only way DC will keep me reading this book is if they get someone big to write it. And because i started reading in the new 52 Azzarello's and Chaing's Wonder Woman will always be my Wonder Woman

David Finch's wife Meredith might do a great job on the series (she'll be the one writing it). I'm still waiting until I physically see a comic in front of me before I judge.

What has his Wife written? Tales of Oz from Zenescope. That doesn't instill the greatest of hopes I realize but who knows?

I will miss the current artist and writer. DC will probably be missing my 2.99. Finch does not seem like the right fit even though I really enjoyed his art on Batman The Dark Knight.

I'm really hoping it doesn't take DC like 3 years to put together an Omnibus of Azzarello and Changs run on this series. I'll be the first person to fork out some cash for that amazing compilation.

Wonder Woman's battle armor in #32 was awesome! It will be a sad day after #36 when the current team leaves the book.

The guys in the last DCR Podcast said that #36 was it. Looks like we have 4 more issues of Diana's confrontation of the first born. I know this goes against Uncle Bob's sensibilities, but I hope (but I fear) the story maybe retconned. I hope the first born doesn't go away. I think he has made a great villain so far.

www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/JoshWildingNewsAndReviews/news/?a=102861This cover, quite frankly, looks awful. The face of a small child and an oversexualized anatomy, I mean what kind of warrior poses like that, c'mon! Let's take a strong female character and a great current run and turn it into a cash grabbing melodrama. It is nice that she'll be written by a woman, but I don't think even wonderful words can save that demeaning art. This promises to bring everything wrong with Geoff Johns' Wonder Woman into an ongoing. I have enjoyed Azzarello and Chiang since day 1 and could not be more disappointed. I look forward to being proven dead wrong on this one, but DC's track record has me skeptical.
