At a comic shop near me today Nicola Scott had a signing and i got earth 2 vol 1 and 2 signed. When i was there i asked her when can we expect a earth 2 spin-off. She told me that they have had plans but they keep changing from time to time and at the moment the plan is to have a weekly series starting in around about September. This will probably involve Tom Taylor as head writer like how Scott Snyder is head writer of Batman: Eternal.
What are your thoughts on this if it goes ahead?

From what I understand, DC has been planning an Earth 2 spinoff. They didn't invite or allow Robison to write it (funny because he masterminded the New 52 reboot of the world and franchise... Bunch a jerks) which is why he left the company. I read the second annual and was happy to see it is still a good book but I am boycotting all Earth 2 related series because of the way editorial treated one of their veteran and most talented creators.

I love the Earth 2 books and they are written so well. art is amazing and Nicola Scott is one of my favourites! they need the spin off series very soon.. as the world is to big with so many character!!! I am not a believer in weekly books.. so a little disappointed if that is the route they are going
