He take a new civilian and heroic identity....OR at least the second one and fakes his dead (as Dick Grayson). At least we know based on the teasers about Batman #28 that some girl/woman is taking over the Nihgtwing (or similar looking) identity.

I'm voting unscathed because I can't stand the thought of losing Nightwing. Why must DC be so cruel, and wantonly break my heart? Also side bar, if Dick dies...batman goes even more psychotic. He's still only a few months past Damien, and lives in a perpetual state of failure over Jason. What shape will he be in if nightwing falls?

Maybe he thinks Nightwing dies, end up losing it then kills himself over losing someone then Nightwing takes over as Batman again. Totally kidding with this by the way. i doubt nightwing will die..as the batman books have just had a death with Damian.
my guess is he will take on another identity, or maybe keep it... however a new titan book will be launched and he and wally west will be in it

Somewhere between answers 2 and 3 - passing on the mantle to a new Nightwing seems pretty likely, but if Dick "dies" there's sure to be a Talon uniform waiting for him...

Dick Grayson fakes his own death and becomes the new Robin. None of the DCU will notice the resemblance due to a really clever eye mask.
