I get to participate in a book of the week! woo hoo! ...not that I DON'T get to normally, but Tokyo Ghost was a book I had eagerly anticipated beforehand and a lot of the books I find jsut aren't my cup of tea. Read it, loved it, and will read it again. Remender's creator owned stuff is right in my wheel-house. Murphy and hollingsworth on art is awesome. I'm not sure how he does it, but Remender is blessed to work with some of the best art teams out right now. alreaddy added this to my pull.

I'm not sure how he does it, but Remender is blessed to work with some of the best art teams out right now. alreaddy added this to my pull. finished it last night and I love the world they set up in that issue. it's wonderful yet terrifying in that I can see how such a world could actually come from where we are now (and Rick's little essay at the end says as much!). makes me want to throw most of my gadgets in the trash! I really like the relationship set up between Deb and Led and the last couple pages hit me right in the feels. I'm with you on Rememder's creator-owned stuff. BS and Low have been huge favorites of mine with spectacular art and TG is another feather in his cap. Murphy knocks it out of the park. Not sure what else to say about that. The art is fantastic. I'm intrigued when he said at the end that they have planned the tone to shift around unpredictably from issue to issue.
