Yeah the issues so far seemed designed for an insular audience. Not a huge DC reader and I too was lost as to the relationships between and within the titles so far.

I guess I didn't realize that most of the titles were a battle I don't care about.. I'm severely underwhelemed by Nightwing/Oracle and The Question. The only one that was decent of what I read was Teen Titans. Also didn't realize we would just be expected to know which world each city is from. i agree, i feel we are not being tempted to actually buy anything really, 2 months savings being made

Well I've been enjoying convergence for what it is. It's been fun and I can't wait for today's books

Liked a lot of the titles so far. I feel like they could have put the catch-up part of the books that are placed in the back, at the front. After the first tie-in confused me, I've started reading the last two pages first and things are a lot clearer going forward.

This book and the tie-ins feel like a really good companion to Crisis on Infinite Earths. Loved this weeks Adventures of Superman. DC keep making Supergirl such a great character regardless of which version. And The Flash was a suprise. Don't know why but the modern artwork on the pre-crisis Flash threw me for a second, but I loved the references to the Trial of the Flash and the aftermath of that story.

I second the Adventures Of Superman book!
Fantastic issue. Basically a Supergirl story, so that is two SG books that have knocked it out of the park this month.

I've been rather lukewarm on the tie-ins overall. Of what I have read, a couple have been very good (The Question was the standout), some have been rough (the writing in Shadow of the Bat was TERRIBLE) but the majority have been just okay.
I skipped the superman/supergirl books but given that they have been seemingly universally acclaimed here I might just have to pick them up (when they are discounted, hopefully, because these $4 books are killing me).

the Green Arrow issue wasn't bad. I enjoyed seeing old GA.

The Shazam book was also really good, and the JSA book was even a little moving.
The price is silly though. I'm sure more of these would be selling if they were a dollar cheaper.

Just read last week's Convergence #4 and noticed that DC seem to be throwing a bone to fans of the golden age DC heroes. Its not a return to those characters but it is an acknowledgement that those heroes and that continuity stills exists, on Earth 2 at least. They even explicitly reference Flash of Two Worlds. This my not be much, but it is another in a series of small steps in the right direction DC have taken in recent months (Batgirl redesign, Starfire redesign, post-Convergence all-ages books, etc.). Here's hoping they take a few more.

Picked up speed force and Harley Quinn two today, hope they wrap up nicely. I'm hoping convergence 5 starts to pick up, I've enjoyed it so far but I want to love it

I really liked the Harley Quinn issues, and I'm not a huge Harley fan. Sweet and silly gets my votes!
