It’s a very special occasion: we are celebrating our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY as an official podcast. Melissa, Mara and Stephanie gather to discuss their favourite geek things in the first half of the show (recommendations are below) and then in the second half of the show, they’re joined by a whole bunch of guests… amazing listeners who agreed to be on and talk about their geeky lives and recommend a few new things for everyone else tuning in. Been listening since woman in comics special and was so happy when you decided to make it a regular show. You provide such a valuable and fun outlook on all of geekdom. I actually look forward to Monday's now that they have become Missfit Mondays! May the shenanigans continue for many years to come! Happy Anniversary!

Half way thru this and it's as enjoyable as ever. I really love the way you guys do the recommendations, not just the diversity of them (which is great, they cover stuff I kniw nothing about and I find it inherently interesting) but the humour and amiable nature when you do... There is a refreshing lack of hyperbol, more a nicely detached 'yeah, I like it for x,y,z' vibe.
Got to say I loved the Nightcrawler review where Leo Bloom (who straight up murders someone in the first scene) gets a pass for half the movie. Too funny.
Hope the next year is good to you all!

Hey!!! Sorry for taking so long to write back. But I have listened for a few episodes now and I'm a big fan. I love the vibe of the show and n I love the fresh takes you fine ladies have on everything. It's my end of the day podcast now, I have dinner and just relax with it on.
