I guess the big question everyone's been pondering is if that Pale looking blond with the ARGUS prison suit could possibly be Harley Quinn. I think it's possible it could be some variant of Harley Quinn, similar to they way count Vertigo and firefly were never directly called count vertigo or firefly. I would bet good money she'll have a new origin story that doesn't have anything to do with the Joker, Batman, or even Gotham City. But she could become like the joker for the arrowverse, that would be sweet. of course this is all based on about half a second of the back of someone's head, so let's try not to get too ahead of ourselves.

The 3/5 episode was very good. Common denominator: no Laurel! Sorry I have to be so negative about her character, but I don't understand how producers can read her lines or see how the character is portrayed and not think "we are killing this show!".

Oh my Harley, she may have been on screen for 2 seconds, but it was so worth it

I think last night's episode was a little bit of a stumble in on the path to the end of season 2. The title of the episode being Birds of Prey was kind of a total cop-out.

I really liked last night's episode but I do agree the episode title was a cop-out. It was necessary for Huntress to go through what she went through so she could figure out who she wants to be without the vendetta but an actual Birds of Prey episode needs to have at least her and Black Canary teaming up. They should have saved that title for next season.

Yeah last nights episode was a bit of a let down for me. I have never really liked any of the Huntress episodes. The old "I'd thought I'd be happy when he's was dead but I am not thing'" was so obviously coming that it just killed it for me. Probably the weakest episode of season 2 for me anyway.

Arrow might be a fine show and all, and perhaps I'm showing my prejudice, but it won't ever be the Birds of Prey without Barbara Gordon as Oracle.

I was thinking they were going to have an small cameo appearance of Oracle, but I was really disappointed when that never came to fruition.

Sara as the Black Canary really took me by surprise this season and she's part of the reason why I'm loving Arrow so much now. I really, really hope the writers don't kill her off in order for Laurel to take up the mantle.

iamasianbatgirl,
I predict that's exactly what they will do! And it used to not bother me, but now I've become really attached to Sarah. Although Laurel did a bit better this last episode, now that she's not the "designated loser" of the show.
Things I liked about latest episode:
1) Roy: I don't know if Ollie was right about Roy's temper (I mean he had just been shot when he lost it), but Roy's willingness to follow Ollie's lead says something about their relationship that I like.
2) Laurel: I know! I was surprised, too. I liked her in this one.
3) The Island stuff gets better and better! It's the gift that keeps giving.
4) "If it wears a mask, it gets a bullet!" WTF, way to chew up the scenery more SWAT-villain!
5) No Moira. Really, Mayor??? Does that REALLY seem plausible? Anyway, that's not so much the problem as that I don't like her, and I don't like the way Ollie "I'm the Only One Who Can Do Unforgivable Things" Queen acts around her.
Anyone else see Felicity becoming Oracle? Maybe? I would buy it. (Bat Properties -- would Oracle count? -- maybe are licensed to someone else.)
And then Thea gets in the car with Slade! This show ... so good it makes my toes curl.

WOW can't get much better than tonights episode. I have a feel Malcom Merlyn may be back to protect his daughter pretty soon. Either way gonna be an awesome end to season 2.
